Posted: 6/6/2008 1:09:41 PM | There is precedence actually for this in law. If she removes the condom from the trash, she has committed an act of fraud and theft and her claim would not be valid since she stole your sperm.
This came about after a woman inserted the sperm from a guy after oral sex into her vagina and became pregnant. The court ruled that since he ejaculated into her mouth and left it there, it was by law a gift for her to do as she pleased. | |

Obviously she is very emotionally and mentally disturbed for doing such a thing....
However, you also made the choice for her to be your 'booty call' I have had many a conversation about this and have posted on it as well, and asI read in another post, when making a choice to have just a 'booty call' you really are playing with fire. When you take this chance, well, crazy s**t like this is bound to happen. I cannot stresss enough how important it is to choose your 'booty calls' or 'fwb' as carefully as you would with someone you would want a relationship with. There has to be trust as well as communication in order for it to work out to actually be benifitial for either party!
Obviously if a 'booty call' ends up pregnant, how benificial is that to you?

And No I don't want to be a father to her **stard kid and I won't pay her anything.
Nothing much could be done at that point. If she's way fertile, she could still have gotten pregnant that way.
It wouldn't be *her* **stard kid.....it would be yours. And if paternity tests prove you to be the father....the law will make you pay whether you want to or not.
Maybe you should choose your booty calls more carefully. | |

i doubt she considers you b/f material if you refer to her as 'just a booty call'.... she prob just wants to have a kid and have no involvement from you, or your money. perhaps she refers to you as 'just a sperm donor'. and you were, it looks like. by YOUR choice.
