Firstly the woman knows the score and would be obviously trying to trap you. Theres always a chance she could get pregnant and add up how many other times she could have done this on a regular basis and also if shes willing to booty call you there could be other guys as well.
Obviously shes not happy with the deal you have so first step end it. Second step always remember to flush em in the future. If she is pregnant then its your right if wished to have nothing to do with the child. I can totally understand your feelings on this and believe that is entirely up to you I mean theres no rules on this one is there!
Sadly you will have to pay for a child you dont want. Thats the way it works. I had a friend years ago had a baby that she really wanted, planned it with a wealthy man still to this day takes alot of his money and will continue to do so for the forseeable future. Nothing you can do about that, thats the way it is. This situation is just so wrong, it is entrapment of the worst kind like a guy pin pricking condoms on us ladies! | |

I dont' think you have any legal grounds. All she has to say is you have a history of sex and that you wear condoms and she doesn't know what happened. Get ready to pay money for court, or for child support, or for both. What comes around goes around. Booty calls aren't all that. | |

My suggestion for the future would be to address the root cause. If you are into booty calls only and your current partner is dropping relationship hints, have the courage to face it head on and end the relationship and find someone with the same lifestyle preferences. | |

This came about after a woman inserted the sperm from a guy after oral sex into her vagina and became pregnant. The court ruled that since he ejaculated into her mouth and left it there, it was by law a gift for her to do as she pleased. | |

Obviously she is very emotionally and mentally disturbed for doing such a thing....
However, you also made the choice for her to be your 'booty call' I have had many a conversation about this and have posted on it as well, and asI read in another post, when making a choice to have just a 'booty call' you really are playing with fire. When you take this chance, well, crazy s**t like this is bound to happen. I cannot stresss enough how important it is to choose your 'booty calls' or 'fwb' as carefully as you would with someone you would want a relationship with. There has to be trust as well as communication in order for it to work out to actually be benifitial for either party!
Obviously if a 'booty call' ends up pregnant, how benificial is that to you?

Nothing much could be done at that point. If she's way fertile, she could still have gotten pregnant that way.
It wouldn't be *her* **stard kid.....it would be yours. And if paternity tests prove you to be the father....the law will make you pay whether you want to or not.
