Guys do this too... purposely break the condom... oops!
now why the hell would a guy purposely break the condom? He wants to get her pregnant so he has to pay money to her and forever have his life screwed??
I can't see ANY man purposely breaking it.. its like giving yourself a life sentence. | |

It happens. Some men want to prolong a relationship by any means possible when the woman wants out. Been there. A totally life altering experience at another's hands. That said:
If you are not prepared to be a parent, have an abortion or give up for adoption, DON'T HAVE SEX!!

if she liked you , you should not have been having sex with her just to get off, did you ever think you pushed her to do this? The heart can sometimes do some pretty wacky things.
That's just ridiculous. If she is willing to be used for a Booty Call, then she was obviously enjoying the sex just as much!
I can't imagine how he could have "pushed her to do this" without inserting the condom back in her himself!
The heart doesn't do weird things, people do, she is obviously a very messed up person. Children are a life-long commitment, that should be brought in to this world with love and care, someone to nurture them...that's what is so wrong with the world today.
And if she wanted a baby so bad...she should've applied for a sperm donor. | |

I've heard of girls that stopped taking birth control to get pregnant (same thing, I guess) but this guy was using protection to be safe...would serve her right if she got an STD of some sort! | |

Posted: 1/14/2007 10:47:35 AM | look, i hate to break it to you, but sex has consequences. sorry. if she is pregnant, even if she became pregnant by doing this, you still have a legal responsibility to the support of a child. why? because, you had sex. even with the pill a woman can still get pregnant (it is very very rare but it DOES happen). if she is pregnant it is your offspring, it's easy to have a DNA test for paternity...
i agree that this was completely crazy and that she is probably very screwed up, but you did know that before, didn't you? you knew that she was a bit crazy but you kept sleeping with her anyway. i mean, there are always signs, and you can't hide crazy for all that long.
oh, and that "***stard kid of hers" that you mentioned? well, that's YOUR kid too... that is, IF she is pregnant. are you so irresponsible to think that you have no responsibility in this situation? grow up, and give me a break.

If a man forcibly impregnated a woman, what do we think would happen to him, as long as the woman was willing to step forward?
Of course, the problem is that you'd have a hard time actually proving that she did it intentionally and that it wasn't just a faulty condom. I feel sorry for any man who might be put into this type of situation. | |

| The cold truth.
Posted: 1/14/2007 8:36:48 PM | Ok, even though the "gentleman" in question is no longer on the site, I believe it is time for me to say something.
All of you people out there that believe that he is not responsible for the potentially (slim chance) coming child need to realize the truth. Under God's, Gaea's, Kali's, or whatever deity and the court system, it is his child and he will either pay to support it or give up his rights to it.
To all of those that believe that the woman he was seeing was in the wrong, here is a question for you. Do you believe that a cat is wrong for eating a mouse? I believe that most of you would say no to this question as it is part of a natural cycle. I also believe that the mouse would beg to differ.
The one thing that I agree with most of all in seeing the posts I have seen on this matter is that the man was right in flipping out. I would have freaked as well, but then again, if I were he and she had started talking about a relationship, I would have either found myself a different booty call or, since I am a true gentleman when it comes to the fairer sex, I would have discussed the pros and cons of a relationship with her. (I know that many of you will most likely call me a liar for that statement.)
But let us face the cold truth here. Like many things on the internet, this person's story could indeed be a falsification of the truth of the matter. If this is the case, I believe that all of us have shown our opinion of a situation that either has happened or potentially could happen to someone.
Now, if we are all finished, I would like to think that this is the end of the discussion and we can all move on to something else.
