Posted: 2/1/2007 5:44:24 PM | | friday nite at silveradoes hmmm well if i remember to show up and not tooo overly tired from the days travelling then i may be able to show up and with drinks being 2.75 all nite well sounds like beer and wings would be an idea!! when does this start or do the doors open up at what time?? so i'm not out side freezin! | |

Posted: 2/1/2007 9:10:02 PM | Pretty much all of us are single, so showing up stag is the norm in this group. The vast majority of us show up and walk in alone.
If nobody recognizes you as a POFer, just walk up to one of the regulars (they are the ones that seem to go to all of the events) and introduce yourself. From there, one of us will take you around and introduce you to people if you are new. If you are uncomfortable walking in alone, email one of the regulars who is going and there is a good chance that they will meet you outside at an agreed upon time.
I have other plans, so I won't be at this event, but it is pretty hard to miss the POF crowd. We are typically the large crowd of middle aged people who aren't wearing wedding bands. | |

I'm 'on the fence' (like I always am)... just need to figure out if I'm gonna pull the splinters out from being on that darn fence so long and actually make it.
