I havent had a chance to call for priceing yet. Most outfitters offer a choice of innertubes, canoes, kayaks, and rubber rafts. All have camping, and some have hoohups for travel trailers, and some also offfer cabins. It looks like the average price for the watercraft is about 35.00 for saturday.I hope this info helps a little

Sounds like a lot of fun. But, I can't swim either, lol. Are there going to be any other type of get togethers besides the float trip in the near future?

I love going on float trips. The best place I have found is Black River in Lesterville. The water is so clear and the camping spots are great too. I want to go on a float trip this summer. Denise

I've been real busy this week but plan on checking all of the sites out this weekend. If I'm correct the bass canoe resort is in Steelville right across the way from where I stayed last yr??? If so I'm sure that would be a nice place. The cabins are excellent and of course the fun continued all weekend! I am going to check out the other sites for sure this weekend. I'm soooo ready for summer!

Yeah I saw that and the kayaks, but I'd rather be in a canoe or raft with more than one person...as long as they don't tip it over..lol...I can swim tho so I guess it doesn't matter...lol...So do you just set up a reservation for everyone or do we have to do our own???I haven't done this before...

It seems some would rather have a cabin..If so they would have to put up the deposit up front.Ill split a raft with you if youd like,We will have to pull it more than a canoe, but we wont be in a hurry. Will this raft be clothing opptional...no good...lol

I'd be interested. I go at least a couple times a year. Personally, it's the way I like to fish. I would be curious if it's going to be a big drunkfest--that type of crowd takes away from the idea of a peaceful float-IMAO

to datchu...I hope it's not a big drunk-fest, it won't be for me because I don't drink and I hope some others don't either, but it sounds like fun anyway...I won't have a hang-over
