The pub is advertising a free function room but I am not sure how many people it holds and the rules that are currently being imposed on meet hosts means it isn't quite so much fun organising stuff anymore.

************************************ The Auld City Shivers tour begins and ends in ‘ The Slaughter House' on Fenwick Street and runs 7 days a week, on a demand basis, beginning at:
7pm, 8:30pm, 10:00pm
Sample the great ale, steeped atmosphere and friendly staff. Then meet Ghosts and Ghouls along your winding path. Discover the piercing screams of prisoners still heard today. Hear the story of the forlorn Liver Birds and the secrets of Elbow Lane , finally finish in the basement of the Slaughter House where the Butcher awaits… ************************************
This pub is even easier to get to than the last one as it is just round the corner from James Street underground station when I get chance to go into town again I'll speak to the Slaughter House pub about their room.

Me & Slight in Klien walked the length & breath of town today. (It took me two hours to sober up & realise I wasn't still out from the night before)
There are going to be varied, quite frequent, & hopefully suit all. (You will receive a mass email with a link to the "thread" with all the details). I was going to do an ice skating one before end of Feb, but couldn't find the outdoor rink advertised at Victotria Square today?!
Anyone that would like to help please mail me... I like doing the organising but like to keep low profile on the night!
See you sooooon!!! | |

Hopefully we can kick off the first meet for mid march and another one for the middle of april as Lily said all offers of help would be greatly appreciated but hopefully we can avoid too much fuss with lists and badges then we can all concentrate on enjoying ourselves.
