Posted: 2/17/2009 8:52:40 PM | I have to start out by saying that I am NOT sorry one dang bit for the way that I am. You either take me as I am, or not at all. If you are that shallow, then you aren't for me anyways, so I will NOT take the time to apologize for being me!!!!
There is a quote on my profile that was by such a beautiful woman who was a BBW during her days and it is this.....I think it should sum up things just fine on here!

Now, to those that don't like BBW........well, move the hell on to your "Barbie's" and then try to come crying back to me in 10 or 20 years when she becomes just a BIG woman but no longer beautiful to you. Hmmmph!
I am a Big Beautiful Woman and if you don't want me.....then well, your loss honey. Ladies be proud of who you are.......If you aren't happy with yourself, first and foremost, then how can you expect someone else to be happy with you! To be loved, you must first love yourself.

The major problem with most of you BBW's is, your attitude and philosophy , plain and simple, I have friends on here who is a BBW ( iiCeiiCe and few others ) and they dont have any problems meeting men? why is that?
Its their attitude thats why, same goes for you if you have a poor attitude and whine about it, no man finds that attractive, and if a man is going to judge you for you weight, he's done you a favor why would you want to even associate with someone like that? | |

Posted: 2/21/2009 2:02:01 PM | Not all BBW are wanting a pity party as you were very quick to point out cdn-iceman. I believe I stated in my previous message that we should be proud of who we are and that if someone doesn't want us for us, then so be it and they should be on their merry little way!
I stand by what I said in my previous posts and also believe that EVERY woman, no matter who they may be or what they may look like, damn well deserve to find their prince charming, just as men, no matter how immature, or chauvinistic they may seem to be, deserve to find their princess.
Everyone deserves someone.........plain and simple! I think that BBW as well as BBM have the same problems..........they encounter narrow minded, asinine individuals, whos' only strength is to weaken those around them by putting them down and having the "control" over them. I can do without that, thank you very much!

Many BBW and BBM turns down, skinny geeky/nerdy looking ones, but its different eh, because they are not attracted to them? does that make them narrow minded?
By the way its not BBW or BBM's who has the problem, skinny/thin people do, people of different ethnic backgrounds, religious, you name it.

I didn't do all that badly getting a man then, just never was any that I wanted to kep. Now that I've lost 120 pounds, I'm still not finding what I want. It's probably me more than what I look like. I set my standars pretty high and maybe that's a turn off for many guys.
I don't chase them down, I don't sit around crying when they don't call. I simply go on with my life. | |

However, I myself am not attracted to morbidly obese men. Therefore, I would be a hypocrit to say that it is wrong for men to judge us by our size. I know what I want and look for in a man just as we all do. I've dated skinny, average, and guys with a few extra pounds. Beauty truly is in the eye of the beholder. I've been told I was ugly, called a fata$$ by my most recent ex., who didn't know be before I lost 120 lbs. He thought he could hurt me b/c my weight has been a struggle. What he don't realize is that I am comfortable with who I am. It doesn't matter if there is NEVER a man on the face of this earth that loves me. I love me...and that's all that matters.
Ladies, when you can say this and believe it about yourself then that is all you will need to know. The rest will fall into place. | |

First she has no discipline and second, she doesn't take care of herself or just doesn't care. They are like drug addicts and their drug is food. Just like drug addicts they are unhealthy, sluggish, and just plain unpleasant to look at. | |
