What turns me on about one person, may leave me unaffected by another,even if the charactistics are basically the same,it all depends on how the person carries oneself I guess, I've never analyzed it, now you've got me thinking, lol. I have to agree on the makeup thing, generally I prefer none, to me most women are actually prettier without it, but you have a snowballs chance in H.. convincing most women of that!

Just b/c a woman is passionate and seductive in the bed with you, and only has eyes for you...shouldn't more men be appreciative?? I mean...where are the men who have a grasp on this??? And why are you the only man who has addressed this??
and my question to you, coach is....
do men really want and desire "grown up sex", or do they just say that?
I certainly don't see anything wrong with a woman being creative, or a little wild in the bedroom, and I wouldn't think of disrespecting her by treating her any different when we weren't in the bedroom. I am pretty sure I have a grasp...and I would most definitely be appreciative. 
As for the instant turn on... that would have to be general appearance and how a person carries themself. I can usually tell within the first few minutes if I'm going to like someone or not.

'I know what I want and I want to get to know you...I am not afraid to look you in the face, person to person (or email to email), and talk ot you'...if she decideds she likes me......cool ...good for the both of us....if she decides she does not like me...that is fair too...
a woman who can ask me out .....
I am tired of being rejected...
with two way communication between males and females...there would be less confusion about who likes who...

If he is blessed enough to have one then he should realize God Made woman so that man would have someone like him to be a companion! I think women get a lot of bad press they shouldn't. "No ladies I don't want your brownies for the comment and am not in search of a score for it either." I or maybe it's the ladies of the world who can thank my Mother for the way I feel on this topic! She did good by me, and I can't thank her enough for making me see the importance of a good woman in your life. The eyes tell everything about her. I also like a woman when she is herself and not a fake. As for makeup and dressing, whatever she is comfortable with is fine with me. As for the bedroom, well when thats comes about, then both will build their own love machine. Yes I am from the old school of opening doors for the ladies, polite and talks to her with respect and kindness. Life is to short for hassles and bs. By the way, I am 6'3" and have a well tirmed beard and at 53 everything works just fine. | |

The ‘unknown’ that she is …..because my ability to choose quality …. and to seek her out, it amazes me. Must be a gift for I did nothing to earn or consciously develop the talent. And I don’t believe in luck. So if she is mysterious, why I will go to some out of the way restaurant to get a glimpse of her .....or to pass her in the hallway of the restaurant bathroom.....knowing I cannot hold...or kiss...or even touch....yet. This seems like it would be simple and natural for a man, but in my experience it is not. In my experience, there seems to be some sort of internal conflict going on with the men I have been with.
I have always been very spontaneous and uninhibited in all aspects of my life, which includes the bedroom (kitchen counter, sofa......oooopppsss, I digress....LOL.) I have no qualms when it comes to asking for what I want or need, but in doing so, it has had the occasion to change the way a man treats me. I am not saying he treats me like I am some sort of slut. It is much more subtle than that. I have discussed this manifestation before when it occurred and what I got was the conflict notion....Madonna vs whore of Babylon. It seems some men are just too black and white to be able to find the middle ground required here.
Now does this change the way I am? No.. I am always going to be the way I am ....open, fun, spontaneous, uninhibited. It just makes me a bit more cautious. I make a point of talking about it with my potential partner and I be very selective with who I let get to know me to that degree.

I could not agree with you any more than I do!!
The 2 men I have had relationships with were very, very different in that arena. I got married at 18, my ex husband was 10 years older than me, and had been in the military for a number of years, and had been married before...and I guess I was just naive...but after we were married...I mistakenly thought that since we were married, that it was okay to be open about that stuff...and that it was okay to tell him what I wanted to do or try. NOT!! I never lived that down...to the day we divorced...he called me a pervert...and even brought that stuff up in the divorce...things I asked him to try 10 years earlier!! Took awhile to recover from that...
Then...the next guy I had a relationship with...was the complete opposite...he was perfectly willing to try and do anything...and to be honest...I was like a kid in a candy shop....but after we had been together for awhile...if we had a disagreement or any tension at all, it was brought up in a derogatory way...as a put down...and I was a tramp...
Well, I know I am not a tramp...b/c I only want one man...to have this type of relationship with...but it has to be one man who is kind, considerate, and OPEN MINDED!!!
I think that I am on the same page as you, Michelle, in that it has made me slower to give all, and much more selective in who is even considered. Does that make me want to change or even tone down my desires?...HECK NO!! It has made me more steadfast in my quest for the right person. Someone who can and will appreciate my sensuality for what it is. For the right guy, I think of it as a gift to them...not to be used or abused in any way. Just enjoyed.
And also like you...it is necessary, not trashy to discuss this with potential partners...for my own well being and sanity...
But I have found that when having this conversation, most men assume that you will immediately sleep with them. So, my question for all men is...How and in what context do we have this conversation with you...without undue assumptions being made on your part??
I don't know who is in agreement with me, but before we make a decision on whether to even consider you as a potential partner or not...we need to know that a certain level of sexual compatibilty is a given...otherwise it isn't worth the time or effort to pursue.
