I refuse to believe that anyone in this day and age would not know that is only takes one swimmer out of the BILLIONS that get deposited during intercourse for you to be PG. So... you have just as much chance getting PG on one try as 100 trys.
Now Grow Up and go to the nearest drug store and buy a PG test!! Your nearest Planned Parenthood will do the test for free as well. Good Luck... and how old are you really.... 15.. 16?

hey, Beth.. you are NOT being harsh!! Besides, it seems to me that someone needs to get harsh with the original poster! Maybe if someone would have been harsh and honest with her before, she wouldn't be in this situation. In this day in age, IMO, NOBODY should be having unprotected sex unless they: 1) are in a committed, monogamous relationship and/or 2) both partners have been tested for STDs.
It seems kind of strange to me (and let me know if others feel this way) that we have heard nothing more from our original poster. | |

It was the best decision for me and if I weren't ready to have a child, I would have put her up for adoption. I know of people who have had abortions and it ruined them. They feel HORRIBLE for it. You can be late for a kazzillion different reasons, but it would be best to go see your doctor instead of asking your friends if you are pregnant. He/she will either take a urine sample, or blood to determine if you are pregnant or not.
If luck has it that you arent (and please DONT go by store bought kits), then its good time to get yourself on the pill AND ask your doctor lots of questions about sex. | |

The public schools are bible-belt in the extreme....Sex Ed is virtually non-exsistant.
Needless to say young, unmarried mothers w/ very little education or job skills are VERY common. | |
