Hey Desert,
Puckers and Luckys no longer exist for POFers any longer! They are replaced with meeting for movies, lots of cookouts which are a blast and an excellent way to meet new and wonderful people, Club33, bonfires at the Party Barn, camping at Mohican, and the new club starting on Oct. 5th ~ The Mix. Come out and enjoy yourself! We will be having a Halloween Party on Nov. 1st and the last week of October we will try to meet for the Haunted Hoochie located on Broad St. near Pataskala. Really Scary!
Columbus is quite far, & doubtfully any of my current vehicles would be willing to make that trip, but TY for the invite! :)
A shame nothing goes on like this in my corner of the state, I tried a year or so back & met up with such resistance, that nothing would ever get off the ground here. | |

Posted: 10/1/2008 4:58:27 PM | I don't think it's a big deal, they added you because maybe they didn't have time to check out your profile completely and might take a look at it later. If you don't like who added you as a favorite just remove them... why keep them if your not interested. All those favorites you can't be totally interested in so get rid of them besides i think people just keep who adds them just to see how many favorites they can rack up.
What I don't get since you brought up the viewing of the profile thing is why do they offer you in the mail settings "yes, or no" if you want them to see you viewed them. I checked no and everyday I check to see if it is still checked no. I don't think it works because I get men saying they saw that I checked them out. | |

Posted: 10/1/2008 5:38:10 PM | I'm not the only one! I've had a few guys telling me they see I keep checking out their profile and wondered why. I think some don't understand the top line pops up who has logged in recently that has viewed your profile, it doesn't mean they just viewed your profile.
I've turned off the viewing capabilities so no one should know that I look at their profiles. | |

I will respond with a quick email if someone adds me to their favorites unless i see their profile as being one that is very rude/crude and not with any taste or class!
DSL, is that a common courtesy? I was on 5 fav's lists at one time (only knew one) but my stock has since dropped.... is that suppose to be a hint to contact them? | |

So I will suggest if someone adds you to their friends list send an email. | |

I just losy yen faves a couple of days ago - no idea who they even were.
I keep a coupl eon mine as we contact each other a lot.

I am a short woman and I wear clothes smaller than size 8, I am not a high maintenance woman, just part country and city mixture. But after being out of the game for so many years...there is the fear of the unknown. I raised daughters and tried to teach them right - what if "I" mess up - how will they then view me? After having a large spouse - I look for one of thinner build. At this age that seems to be hard. So yes, ego, conquest, and self assurance. But add another to your list - Am I still wantable? | |

If everybody was blinded today, and everybody had a BIG date tomorrow, would looks and size matter?
It still doesn't to me. It's what's inside that scores points with me, the heart, the lungs, the large intestine. Just kidding, but it should be what's on the inside that does count but these days not many seek it out.

As long as he proves himself worthy of my time he can be as skinny as a rail or have one of those nice bellies i can rest my head on when we're cuddled up.
I will give a man the chance to prove he won't be humping anyone he can on the dance floor when we are not out together, that he won't continue to collect phone numbers while we are a couple... If he puts his full attention on me he'll get mine right back! | |

Now I'm counting the number of read/deletes without so much as a courtesy reply of thanks but no thanks from the same ones.
If women aren't sure what they want how do they expect men to know what they want?
I agree with mrwolf71, most of us are getting tired of that. I also agree that it is rude.
