Posted: 6/1/2007 8:00:19 PM | I am pregnant and I wouldnt really feel good about dating someone until my child is a bit older.. but if the right man came along then maybe I would consider.. Im not looking for a dad for my child, it already has one.. but I do deserve some love also..
I dont know what is with guys and wanting to have sex with pregnant women, that we are supposed to be more turned on or more spiritual or something.. but just to make it clear that having sex while pregnant can trigger early labour and that is definatly not a good thing.

I dated a pregnant woman years ago and depending on the woman I'd probably do it again. She was one fantastic lady. Unfortunately she did not make it through the delivery. just because she is pregnant does not mean she has someone..they could be broken up, it could have been a one night stand, or maybe even something awful as a rape..you just never know..you can not just make assumptions that she is with someone. | |

Posted: 1/8/2008 10:53:14 AM | ok from a girls point of view here, i was pregnant and single since i was a couple months pregnant, i still to this day have not had a guy, because guys automatically assume we want them to take responsiblity for our children, meanwhile we want someone that will be there for us, not take care of us, but accept us, and yes i can see why a guy wouldnt want to date a pregnant woman, because well she is carrying another mans child, but honestly put yourself in her position, she would like to have a relationship but the guys are no offense being**** because the fact she is pregnant, yes to eachs own here, but jsut because she is carrying a beautiful gift in her whomb doesnt mean she should have to do it alone, i did it alone and it was hard, oh and the fact that when a girl is pregnant her sex drive goes into over drive, do you honestly know how hard it is go get laid when your pregnant

If you have extremely rough sex yes that can trigger early labour. Just like exercising, if you exerciser throughout your pregnancy, like going for walks every day, you will nto be put into labour by going for a walk, but then if your not that active and you go for a long walk, damn rights you will go into labour. i was very active throughout my pregnancy and nothing put me into labour, so if you have sex during your pregnancy you wont just "oops im in labour" unless your having rough sex like headboard breaking through the wall sex. But good luck with your pregnancy, i loved being pregnant. | |

I dated one man for several months but I think when I finally started showing it bothered him. No hard feelings, totally understandable and we are still good friends. I see him every Sunday in church. 
Then I dated Casey, since I was about 5 months, and am am still seeing him now. Although it's been a rocky relationship (breaking up, getting back together, breaking up) we are still trying and I blame our little bumps in the road on our passion  | |
