I think every person is different. I lost my Dad very suddenly last January. I still find it hard but I think of all the good times we had together, how he made us all laugh and the fact that he had an answer for everything. I'm going back to Scotland to meet all my family and we're going to have a big party to celebrate his life. We all think thats what he would have wanted.
Be strong and hold him in your heart forever.

My wife passed form Breast Cancer two years ago. I hate Cancer.

I created a web-page about her in her honor and it gives my children as they grow a place where they can go, at any time, at anyplace as those tough times return.
