| Why would you prefer someone lie to you then tell you upfront they are polyamorous?
Posted: 9/14/2007 2:18:47 PM | I don't appreciate being lied to at all, no matter the situation. I'm honest (sometimes brutally so) in all my dealings with everyone I meet, and I'd like to think they'd be polite enough to extend me the same courtesy. There's no reason to sugar-coat something like that...if they feel the need to be polygamous, knowing about it beforehand would prevent them from being blacklisted by me later.
"Better to beg forgiveness than ask permission" does not apply in that kind of situation. | |
