Guilty AS Sin by Tami Hoag Just finished rereading this book and enjoyed the style and twists just as much the second time around.
The Thirteen Problems by Agatha Christie Just making a dent in this one. So far like the variety of mysteries presented to friends to solve at their weekly get togethers....of course always have fun trying to follow how Miss Marple comes to her conclusions!

Beautifully written and completely unpredictable...

Try Diana Gabaldon "outlander".....a series, six books so far, with more to come, and quite well written...

| What book are you reading right now? Posted: 1/16/2007 5:57:46 PM | I have 4 books on the go right now. non fiction: Textbook of Personality Disorders. Weighs about 3 pounds. Lots of long words, and Latin. But fortunately I can read long words and even a bit of medico Latin. Mostly boring with bits of really boring. But forewarned is forearmed.
Fiction:
The Contract by Gerald Seymour. The cold war spy vs spy, but not an 'action thriller' more depth to it.
Demolition Angel by Robert Crais, Well written character driven LA cops 'n robbers.
The NIght Crew by John Sandford LA again and a departure from the usual "Prey" stuff. so far so good.
And last but not least.
Just finished
Bankok 8 by a guy named Burdet. Outstanding. Try a Buddhist detective in Bangkok seeking the truth about a man murdered in a locked car - the weapons? Cobras and a giant python. Add the FBI, dope smuggling, trans sexual surgery, the bar scene, and stir.
