OP is not here but I will give away a secret. That person you have never meet but think she is arrogant and full of herself, usual is not. Even if you think she is loud, obnoxius or wear "slutty" clothes.

May be you want to make her into a bad person to make yourself to feel better, but it does not mean it is the truth.

I don't see why everyone thinks the only reason someone would be upset by this situation is by getting rejected by some barfly. Most regular bar goers have 'their' bar, and people don't like changes to it. Several posters stated their dislike to the creepy older guys hanging out at the 20 something bars. Why is it so hard to believe the the 30-40 year crowd gets annoyed by the obnoxious younger crowd that showed up because there was a good drink special that night?

The advice given has been to just ignore them, but that's the problem. Its pretty difficult to avoid a loud tornado of booze fueled stupidity. I've seen the drunk girls that scream at the top of their lungs, stagger into people, and spill drinks all over the place. It'd be like trying to ignore a car crashing into you house.
