Just remember, everyone there started out not knowing anyone. Besides if you come to the parties,, I won't be the only one there that doesn't know anyone but the coffee group.

Thank you though for enlightening everyone. I didnt know that made much of a difference. I think the main thing is that the Northstar does not charge us for entertainment, donates door prizes and gives us drinks specials. | |

Posted: 2/25/2007 2:32:00 PM | I agree sweet...the location should not be a big deal to people...it is a event for people to get together and have a good time....as well it does not matter whos dad owns the bar...it is the fact he is willing to close down the bar on a saturday night to the public to host the party as well drink specials and the other things he does for us...everytime the freddy party comes someone has something to say about it being held at the northstar...but u know what everyone that has attened the parties have had nothing but good times and all kinds of fun stories to share i think it is high time people got over the whole northstar thing and just go to have a good time...because that is what the parties are all about...good times and good people...and lots of laughs...can't wait to see everyone at the party...it will be good times | |

Posted: 2/26/2007 10:47:39 AM | wooo hooo.. I have been away from this as well. But I am not going to repost over again what I wrote about the whole topic of the Northstar again because it has been covered WAAAYYY too many times. Ever since I hosted the first party there up until this one.
All I can say is.. that I had put the offer out there for people to come.. check it out.. and if they don't like it.. they can leave. But why form an opinion on these parties until you have actually attended one. I have had many come to these with a not so open mind.. yet they still came to check it out. Then of course.. they thoroughly enjoyed themselves and wondered why they had made a fuss in the first place.
So........ again I make the offer. Come check it out. If it isn't for you, then leave. It isn't hurting you or anyone else and then you have something to form your opinion over then.
This is our ONE YEAR anniversary of having these POF parties in NB. So lets keep the party rolling. If you choose not to come because of location... then you are truly missing out. Believe me.. I know. I have been having a blast for the past year lol. Looking forward to more.
