6 days and counting folks. Man... I am soo excited I am dancing in my seat as we speak. I plan on dancing the night away. Thats why you have to make it Matty. Your always up for dancing the night away.

Unfortunately there will not be any karaoke. I was hoping there would be too but it seems that the idea wasnt accepted very well. However, there are other things planned that should provide some fun and entertainment!

I will be leaving POF after Sunday to look at other adventures and where it will take me. It has been one hell of a ride on here and I'll miss everyone that I have met,but I will try to keep intouch with everyone,who knows..I might even pop in at one of the get togethers sometime.

Sorry I have not been around to answer all the questions but alas it is why I left Sweetnpassionate and NB_Native in charge while I was away to do so.
Concerning the weekend this party will prove to be a good one. We have some tricks up our sleeve that will make for a great time for all and really who doesn't enjoy getting out to meet new friends anyways.
Also anyone booking rooms might have a hard time finding any as this is Home Show weekend here but there is still some available I am sure

I hear ya hun.....this is a great site and some great people have found each other on here and that makes me very happy to hear that but ...but maybe this site isn't for everyone so i don't blame you for being a little discouraged about everything (i'm feeling it too)...this site over the past year and a half has really opened my eyes to ALOT...lol....good and bad...i've met my share of men from this site with gender identity issues (gay or straight?), depression, some major issues, bitterness, liars, having some sort of disorders, just plain creepy, angry, cheaters, players, fakers, ....you name it--i've met it!...lol....it makes for interesting stories but not so interesting dates...lol....i guess it just makes you realize how "together" you really are and that ur minor issues or flaws (we all have them) are so small in comparison....
I also know by speaking out like this I may not win any popularity contests with the men especially, but it's the truth and there is i'm sure a lot of women on here with alot of the same major issues i stated above.....(this is purely my observations over the peroid i've been on here)....
i know that when you look too hard, it's harder to find someone....so chill out, relax and let the univerise unfold in front of you as it will.....the right person for you as well as for me will come along, probably when and where you least expect it....just don't close the door or stop it from happenning....
but Alpine...still come to the functions and be with the friends that you have met on here, friends do introduce friends to other friends...lol....right now this is my primarily goal is the friends, forums, and functions b/c i just don't know about the quality of this site anymore.....too many sharks in the ocean (i'm not bitter at all just being realistic and probably voicing what alot of us are thinking).....actually a good male friend of mine couldn't believe what he saw when u came on here to check out what it was all about the other day.....never know what to expect when it's a free dating site--everyone comes out of the woodwork...lol..
The party is going to be a lot of fun and this in my eyes is the best way on this site to really meet anyone great, as well as the coffee meets, brunches, and any other public events are going on.....just come to the party (this is my 7th one i'm attending--i'm a vetern...lol) looking to meet new people and if u happen to meet someone great--bonus!...but don't have ur expectations up to high though....great things happen when we least expect it.....

(kicking myself in the ass)...lol...
there are really decent, wonderful guys/girls on here--just have to weed through them is all....

Agardi - it is open to bring friends as well - the more the merrier !
