We all have had the bad,,,times,
Lets say,,,,we made some bad rhymes.
Too bad,,,,we didn't make better choices...
But now we have our own voices.....
Let me hear from the ladies,,,,who....
learned their lessons,,,,and now have a CLUE!!!!
Life is hard,,,and harder still,,,,
when you have done all you can,,,
and your cup still isn't at Fill.....
It is not anyones fault....but ours.
We lived it,,,,,now we wear the scars.
We are all much , better, and full of love....
we have lived our hell,,,,,,now let us live our LOVE!!!!!

has brought me to a place unknown.
I often think, it may stay the same,
forever here, no heart to blame.
Seeking only heart of gold,
honesty, kind, love untold.
There must be a rainbow,,
way up high,,,
could it just keep passing me by?
All that I know,
all that I dream,
Now , has really come to seem,
an individual, person who,
is happy, just to not be blue.
I love my son, I love my work.
I love my dog, I hate to look.
To look for a man, too many are
strange...
I am not looking,,,just thinking ,
I am.
So when you think, you will fix me up,
Dont do it my friend,,,
Love is not luck.
It is seeking the one,
the one, that makes you be,
more than you thought you were
yesterday.
It is a feeling,,that runs deep,
it always may go,,although
in your heart you keep,
the memories, the smiles
of the beginning of a world,
The world that left,,you a little colder.

Instead we “sing the blues”
When love it does forsake you
Despair comes rolling in
Cast forth a knowing eye
And choose to rise above the din
Our memories they will comfort
Our wisdom it will guide
Despair will be an afterthought

The thing we so seach for, within each and every cove.
On clear glassy water, we look into it's mirror.
On the frosty chopped sea, we hang onto to it's faint glimmer.
It is not, in the ones that we so diligently seek.
But rather, inside each of us, that where it is, the one we must meet
It is not how others preceive us, that shows our true soul.
But how much we have to offer, towards love that's the goal.
It is the silvery thread that emotion draws from our heart.
To then put to pin, and that's only the start.
It's opening up, then letting down our guard
Yes, taking the chance to once again, reach for what appears as a shard.
To sit around a campfire, and enjoy it's light
That a site like this offers, as we look for what's right.
To sit and enjoy, the company within that circle that we find.
Maybe run into one, who likes golden brown marsmellows, roasted just like mine.
So, thanks for the thread.
To draw thoughts from my head.
To ponder and pin, as they all swirl all around
Within my heart, which still remains strong and yes...Sound. | |

love heals

But that was long ago in a world far away
Unfortunately the scar is still there to stay
Mine's not a hinderance, as some let theirs to be.
But instead an old friend, I can embrace, and then let free.
To offer wisdom, like an old time worn sage.
It says don't be afraid Go ahead, put rhyme to the page.
Be more observant, as you let me loose to roam.
I'll be your close friend, if you listen to gained wisdom.
You've let go of your pain, and now even your fear
So go have a blast, Yea.........Kick it in gear.
Be fair to all the Ladies, and never ever mislead.
Just be a friend, and if more developes, both experience the glee
And if it just doesn't click then you both have been blessed

What then is a promise?
A wish or desire, that runs through a mind?
A fleeting cloud, that dances across the Heavens of Hope?
Can it be had, or held by compromise?
I shout to the heavens, “I think not”!
It is knowledge, that no matter what comes along,
A committment is made to stay a course.
It is a Bondservent of Love and Devotion.
Stong Will is it’s task master.
Promise is forged, in the very well of one’s soul!
A heart that is crafted, by the finest artisan
With love it is moulded, and adorned in grace.
And from deep within, determination forms this rock called Promise.
A vow, to do all within one’s power,
To condiser another first, bearing all, giving all, securing all.
In truth what is Promise, if not the greatest part of one’s heart ?
Given, in the desire to see and do what is best for someone else.
And in it's completion, to realize what is best for one's self.
For God has written, It is better to give than to receive.
Fullfillment of Promise, often means sacrifice of one’s self.
It means, caring enough to become the servent, instead of the Master.
Having knowlege and faith that the reward, is greater than the sacrifice.
Knowing the gift of promise, is sweeter than the isolation of self.
This is when the heart's flower blooms...
The smile of a child.
The shakey hand extended by a Grandparent.
The hug of a mother.
The pride of a father.
On earth, best by far, the heart of a Lover! | |

It was the divine power from above

And it seems, within your heart, there is no longer a song.
Hours have become days, and those are now years.
Then, it is time to reflect, not to shed tears.
Suddenly, a glimmer apears, it catches your eye.
Should you spend time, to figure out why?
You know you cannot resist, the temptation to see,
If the magic is there, to fly way out over the sea.
Or maybe, it's a mountain you have, set before,
Where climbers have lost love, when they crashed to the floor.
Is there a pass, that two hearts can find?
Pehaps it is so, if both will be kind.
So tenatively, you extend out your wondering hand.
It feels, as if you've reached thru a portal, into another land.
Strange this feeling, of being in two places.
Hung between, as if held by time's own traces.
Indecision, is the mother of failure.
But, to let one's self feel, is perhaps even more real danger!
So there you sit, just wondering what to do.
Ye butter git offen yer can! Else, yern be cooked in your own stew.
Laugh, and frolic, and meet a new friend!
Even if it's Love, you must be friends in the end.
Forget all the worries, about finding that one special mate.
For usually when your not looking, is when Love's likely to take.
Loose the obsesession, about how time is being lost.
Quit playing the fool, by only counting the cost.
Angels may fear to tread, where fools abide.
But God gave us minds and hearts, not meant to hide.
If I go to my end, as a Single Country Dad.
And didn't have any fun, now wouldn't that be sad!
God knows what I need, and has promised to provide.
But he cannot do that, if I were to continue to hide.
I'm new, but it sounds like good news, for Hunter and Tammy.
Now isn't that wonderful, hope bannered, for all of us to see.
So I think, if it's OK, I'll just pull me up a chair

Young'uns hold hands, leap frog, chase, slap and knock about
They learn that friends know how to bring their "feel good" out.
That's the happy way with love, being freely open with another
A dancing dynamic of distance that we treasure in each other.
Can our hearts come out to play, Friend and Friends and Lovers too--
to frolic with minds and bodies who give us happy things to do?
"I'll see how far on the limb I can go if you want me too," and you know
what I want, so you say, "yes, do"--and so we learn how far we can go. | |

why oh, why do we want it near?
Love is meant for many things,
childhood hearts, and the love friends bring!
Let it be a lesson learned,,,
love is good,,,no image burned.
It is just what all of us need,
this message is strong, and please do heed,
the message sent from your special love,
be it a lover , or one from above.
So clearly lately, do I see,
love has no limit,,,it is here, for me!
I see it in my friends so dear,
I see it oh,,so perfect and clear.
I see it in my beautiful boy,
he brings me pride,,,he brings such joy!
I see it in my crazy mutt,,,
he loves me so,,,he is a NUT!
I caught it today,,,from a friend, and a person I cared for.
Makes me think,,,,love is forever more,,
Every minute of every day,,,,brings a smile,
good words,,to say!
Life has never been this good,
often thought it never would!
But often, thinking to myself,
it is my love, I kept on a shelf.
Give it freely, never spare it,
then just keep on,,,smiling ,,and share it!
All is what it is, and then, keep some for you,
give the rest to a friend.
I am so thankful, oh so glad, that my life is pleasant,
not sad!
Many take too long to know,,,the road to happiness,
