Which is so apparent by the fact that you feel the need to wear 4 inch lifts....
I wear the height increasing shoes because women have such a problem with height. I have no problem with being 5'4". I love it. But, there is reality. The majority of women don't like a short statureds male. It is important for a short statured male to do what ever is possbible to improve his physical appearance and personality. I wear the shoes to improve my appearance, just as a woman wears makeup to improve her appearance. | |

I don't know what you mean by "feel the need". He's playing the statistical odds. It's the smart move because so many women have hang-ups about height. He can still love his real height and where the shoes to improve his odds at the same time. | |

I remember the 1984 NBA finals when Kevin McHale won a trip to Disneyland for something associated with that great series vs. the Lakers...and he had VERY VERY long arms. His arms almost went down to his knees... He was 6'9" in stocking feet... and his wife was said to be 5'1". I saw a picture of them. His ARM was probably taller than she was.. but they looked very happy. Go figure...
Also... I hate to say this, ladies... but Tom Cruise is said to be only 5'4"... IF THAT!!! | |

Posted: 2/25/2008 12:54:51 PM | Well... to be honest, the camera likes little guys better than big guys. They can get better closeups with more faces in them, for one thing. Most women aren't that tall. Another thing is that tall guys aren't usually as evenly proportioned as short ones, or at least the camera, which exagerrates things, doesn't see them that way.
There have been some noteable exceptions to the rule, though... Clint E is about 6'3"... and James Arness was so dam big, I felt sorry for the horse he was riding. I often wondered if they changed places every few miles when they were tracking bad guys  | |

I thought as a Scientologist of his high rank he is supposed to be "clear" of such hang ups.
Four inch heel built inside? Isn't that uncomfortable?
I'm 5' 4" myself. I don't have a big problem with it but I would prefer to be 5' 8". I don't like tall guys usually, in terms of attraction that is. I don't like the proportions. They look stretched out. I don't like the way the arms and legs look, like branches. | |

For the first week I was on here, I didn't realize my profile said I was under 5". Someone finally asked me if I was really under 5" and I changed it immediately. I am 5". I rock the 3 inch heels when I need to, but generally I'm in flats.
I'm okay with my height, and I've never met a guy that seemed to have a problem with how short I am. Tallest guy I've dated was 6"3. I loved it.
But it is fine for a woman in our society to wear heals and be taller. Don't understand why women wear heels. I had one girlfriend who was the same way and couldn't understand why women have the need or want to wear heals. It is perfectly fine for a woman to be short like yourself because you have the largest selection of men to pick from. A short man doesn't have this same luxury that you do. Your height is not an issue to 99.9% of the men out there. | |

You have no issue with dating women taller than you, that's fine, but that may not work for another man, and a woman may not want to date a man shorter than her, which is also fine. Tall men and short women go best together. Sex is fantastic and bodies fit better. Short men with tall women works well too. | |
