Why are you gloating about it on a thread full of proud shaven/bald guys and the women who love them?

I was wondering that myself. All I can figure is that he's jealous.

I mean, if you get in a fight with them, they're at an advantage -- you can't pull their hair.

That's true but I suspect he's got a lot more to worry about than just hair pulling. Somebody might lobe a sarcastic forum post right below his belt What would he do then?

Skypoetone...dude! If you want to start an "I love my luxuriously long hair" thread, go for it!

Not sure if you deserve me.

Cause I can and they don’t, well, maybe the odd Kojak fetish type, but I know there’s some hair lovers out there. LOL

Yikes... never thought of that, hummm, maybe I should tie it up?

hahahaha! keep 'em comin' baldies.

Leave it alone. I have been losing my hair for years. It's whats on the inside that counts. The commercials for hair restoration make me laugh. They make hair loss seem like a major problem. Losing your house in a flood is a major problem, hair loss isn't. Incredibly the ones that tell you how big a problem hair loss is, are the ones that have the solution, go figure! Here's a good one. All you people out there have a major problem, it's huge. You have $1 too much money in your pocket. I have the solution, send it to me. I created a problem then solved it, much like the hair people do.
I kind of like being bald, I dated a woman for a couple years who told me she thought that bald men were more sexy and better at.............
Leave it alone. I agree, don't do the combover thing, it really looks dumb.

"I feel sorry for guys who can't grow a head of hair... it's in my genes, we don't lose it. All my mates have little to no hair. I honestly think it embarrasses them sometimes. Should I get bald to make them feel better? Would it make me look younger or older? "

I am with eeek, Skypoetone, Take your pitty elsewhere...If you honestly feel sorry for us that have shaved or are bald.....your probably a real vain pri*k.
Oh and as a side note.....the Beetles look went out a long long time ago.

Nothing wrong with having a full head of hair... and on skypoetone its quite handsome, IMO. However, bald men ARE very sexy. Big hair on men is, in general, not cool. I think that there are many different hairstyles that ARe cool, and acceptable nowadays, long hair, short hair, dreds, braids, mohawks..bald heads..

As long as YOU like the way you look, it doesnt matter what other people think.

I like bald, myself. I dont have a big thing for hair, in fact, I dont like hair all that much. The guy I am seeing now, is from Panama, and he has very VERY little body hair, and keeps the hair on his head very short, which is my preference. I think the sexiest HAIR is the stuff thats kept very short.

Some women like long hair, too, Johnny Depp style. I think this can be very sexy, sometimes, especially if its messy and unkempt. I dont like frou frou men, metrosexuals, lol. I cant date a guy that has more hair than I do, or brushes their hair more than I brush mine, or uses more products than I do, lol.. Of course, Im not a very frou-frou girl, either, but the point is, he has to be rugged, if he has longer hair.

To get to the meat of the issue (the current pis$ing contest) about baldness- it is QUITE attractive, if the man is comfortable with it, himself, and is especially attractive if he has good skin and a nicely shaped head.

Personally, I dont like the halos (bald on top, with hair on the sides) unless the side hair is kept extremely short. and I HATE comb overs, or men with thinning hair that grow it long to cover it up. That is a sign of serious insecurity to me. I think the best thing for men with thinning hair, is to just clip it as short as possible, or buy a scalp razor, and shave it.
I would still date a comb over guy, but the comb over would irritate me so much that I would simply offer to cut the dudes hair myself, and just cut it shorter than he is used to, and surprise him with a very sexy hairstyle that the women go nuts over. Ive done this before, and these men later on wish they had cut it or shaved it to begin with, because they get so much more positive attention from women with short hair on their balding heads. Women love to run their hands through that super short hair, too. Its very sexy and sensual.

PS- Tony- I wouldnt have guessed you to be insecure about your appearance. Why would you IM me a link to this thread? This is a major turn off to me. Not one of your finest moments, my dear. =) No offense, darling, but I am not impressed with catfighting over other peoples losses, hair or otherwise, lol... pull the stuffing out of your shirt, doll, and come back to Earth.

(the current pis$ing contest)

Don't take the contest too seriously (I'm certainly not). We're just having a lot of fun laughing at each other. I've had a big grin on my face every time I've posted in this thread. Bald is good or bald is bad; don't mattter, it's what I am.

Confidence hmm. I almost dyed my hair green in 8th grade. I had a hot new neru shirt and sideburns. (circa 1970). I bet I've gotten more speeding tickets than most of you too. :) If these streets could talk...

But shaving my head would be worser than brocoli. Only shine my girl is gonna see is in my eyes or the glint off my teeth. Mwahaha.

Skypoet. Ask yourself why your kids look like me.

I have to agree with the majority of the women here: shave it all. It is time to put an end to comb overs, rugs and hats if they are obviously covering a bald head. They are all total turn-offs guys. Women have thought that for a long time but maybe never said anything. JUST SHAVE IT and be done.

eeeeek- you would look so cute, if you trimmed the sides just a tad bit more, like a #2 or even a #1 attachment. The bald thing is great- embrace it, baby!!!!! Very hot.

Fluffypinkcuffs is right. . . no body cares if you're bald. If you're going to sink energy into an improvement, make it something responsive like a savings account or weight loss/strength building.

I have to embrace it; it's what I am. It started falling out at 18 and has never really bothered me other than the occasional sunburn and the snow storm of pealing that follows ;)

Well guys.. I figured I can add something to this string as this is what I do for a living..
Yes, Hair restoration.. I only deal with the people who have made up their mind to do something about their loss.. and often people really suffer emotionally with hair loss. We are here to assist those people and we change peoples lives everyday. To help with a couple misconceptions.. the word plugs or the bad transplants that you may see occasionally is old school technology. The "Plugs" was the first types of methods used many years ago (looks like a barbie doll hairline sewn in) and is long gone. Transplants today are completely undetectable with single hair grafting.. I work alot with transplant doctors and it blows my mind what they can do now..
Secondly.. Non surgical replacement has advanced so far past the old style toupees and wigs you have seen and again is so completley undetectable its unreal.
***Keep in mind - Everyone on the street only sees the BAD replacements and cant tell the good ones.. You would be amazed how many men and women have had amazing replacement that you would never know. I can assure you you have talked to someone right infront of you and you never knew..Many times I cant even tell!
Kudos to whatever ones decision may be.. because its all about how we feel on the inside that can reflect the sexyness on the outside!

Please leave it! It really doesn't matter. It's just one aspect of you. I wouldn't date/not date a man based on that. That would make me pretty shallow, now...wouldn't it?
There is nothing worse than a man trying to 'fix' something there is no fix for. I much more admire the man who just let's it go, and is graceful in not bemoaning it all the time. (A little whining is OK, though.) :)
