Oddly enough the rules continue on to say that if the crafts collide anyway both can be held at fault, because the one that was technically in the right should still have had enough sense to give up in time to save themselves from the collision.
If people had enough sense to apply that aspect to their relationships things would be a lot different around here don't you think? | |
