Posted: 4/18/2005 9:28:58 PM | | You can delete your favorites .......... kinda cool ......... so if you didn't like the people, you delete them, leaving only the true fav's.......... fav's like this ..... keeps the list from getting too long ........ wouldn't want the ego to get to inflated. | |

Posted: 4/18/2005 9:32:20 PM | | ultra..it's just a popularity thing basically. the only use it has is when you add people to your list, you can email them more quickly than trying to track them down through a user search or in the forums. | |

Don't want to just add anyone only people I talk to in the forums a lot and get the chance to add when it arrives or I have the time. I have one fav I have not added but I don't have to for she knows she in on my list and not here in POF. However she is here in POF and also with in reach out of POF. | |

Posted: 4/18/2005 9:55:41 PM | True story.... I joined... then, forgot about the site. Got to dating someone and was off site for awhile. Came back and had a bit of emails and noticed this thing termed 'who loves me' section. There were quite a few and I zoned out  for real. Thought the "system" here itself was doing an automatic thingy.. so, I deleted myself off the lists.
Got quite a few "upset" emails.. thought I was being a snotty ****..
I laid low. Wasn't posting nor reading the forums then anyway.
Came back, was on some more lists. Copped an "attitude" which was dumb on my part cuz I viewed it as a "game" "popularity contest" like in jr. high, deleted myself off the lists again & even put my "attitude" in my profile. I do stupid... really stupid things sometimes.
Very recently checked out the forums and am getting to know great folks here. Sooo, right now, I am low on the totem pole for being on "favorite" lists. But, that's okeydokey cause it was my own fault. So,  to myself. | |
