Can a nympho be faithful? I don't see why not. Nymphomania is a mental disorder akin to obsessive-compulsion. The point is that a nymphomaniac doesn't necessarily have a conscious choice, so the definition of "faithful" might have to be flexible, but if someone's on medication and trying to do their best, I'd give 'em the benefit of the doubt.
Also, if you're particularly sexual yourself, it's perfectly possible to have a nymphomaniac be faithful, if you're always willing to put out. | |

What you gotta do is just get her to be open with you. Just screw her several times a day so she has no need to look elsewhere. And if she truely cares for you she wont go elsewhere, you'll be good enough. | |

Sorry, this ranks up there with some of the dumbest questions I've seen. 
A true nymphomaniac is someone who confuses physical love with genuine love. They are hooked on the rush of being with someone new because often times they are incapable of forming more meaningful relationships.
The law of diminishing returns is an economic philosophy, but applys here as well. A nympho is happiest when the encounter is new, but over time what's new is old and the nympho moves on (sometimes after just one encounter).

A nymph, can't say no. Find an inappropriate place that you know this person would normally not be into having sex, then offer to have sex. If she eagerly accepts, you might want to rethink the successfulness of the relationship. Also ask her outright, "When you say nympho, do you just mean you really like a lot of sex or that you can't say no?" If you hear what you want and doubt the sincerety, get rid of her. Either she is lying and will not be able to control herself, or you don't have enough trust and probably never will. Either way, if you ask and still doubt, break it off before it is too late. | |

I am always faithful in every relationship, just the guy ends up sometimes getting more sex than he bargained for  I suggest getting to know her properly and seeing what her morals are like. | |

i'll wager that no matter what you get for responses, your going to worry and stick it out to find out. kid, do what you gotta do! just remember that worrying about it will only make it worse. showing her your mis truust will only raise the chances of her doing it. if your going to persue it, you should remember that she hasnt given you any reason to dis-trust her YET! so, my advice to you would be to do what feels right, and dont look back. if she proves to be unfaithfull deal with it after it happens whether that means leaving or swallowing your pride. but if you give her a second chance, you have to forgive and try to forget or you'll never have the relationship you want with her. That comes from experience. for if she does it again, it is now your mistake, not hers.
Then again you could take the route I did which helps your short term feelings. that is to play your game on her, and just wear that ass out till your sick of it while fishing for a bigger better deal and then toss her to the curb. this is obviously the wrong thing to do and if your as good a guy as you sound, you will regret it. but GOD, payback can be sweet.

take her to a therapist and let her talk it out. she might be able to get through it with some help...
