A highly sex-charged person, male or female, can certainly be faithful if they are with a similar partner. If not, out comes the porn mags, cyber sex or cheating. If their partner isn't meeting their needs, they will either do a lot of masturbating or they will cheat...or both.
The latter is a choice the individual makes...either remain monogomous and keep things spiced up in the bedroom or they make the choice to cheat....but a nympho does not equal a cheater all the time! | |

Nice try and yet nowhere close to correct. Nymphomania is an out-dated label. Sex drive is individual and there is no relationship between sex drive as a predictor of non-monogamous sexual behavior.

Let me clarify so there is no confusion.
#1. You have to find out if she is the cheating type(personality, friends, observe her,test her discretly)
#2. If she is not the cheating type; you better match her in the bedroom, improvise, make things exciting. Bottom line her sexuality is extremely important for her and finding a partner like herself is very difficult so if you don't happen to satisfy her she can see this as an end to a relationship...(If she is looking for a life partner she won't stop till she finds him)
#3. You have to be open minded to other posibilities... if she decides to stay...

Alright I don't think it's fair I have to explain myself over such a question, but since I'm forced to have 200 characters minimum in my post, here goes: I been with a nympho in the past, and even though sex was awesome for both of us, I still ended up being cheated on.
I'm currently talking to a girl I like a lot, and basically, she's close to being a nympho too (from both the girl's mouth by the way, not mine) and I can't have cheating anymore in my life.
So I'm just wondering if a girl can be both nympho and faithful??

I agree on this. Just because you LOVE sex doesn't mean you're a nymph. I'm actually addicted to it and have been for years.
