Couldn't believe it, but I know this to be true. She likes to have sex many times a day, from what I understand. So, there are those kinds of people and there are certainly men who are insatiable (not me). I met another nympho who had 3 boyfriends. No wait... she was just bi and had a problem saying no.
I met a third who was cheating with an ex-con and her best friend.
She may already be cheating on you. Ask the girl flat out if she's capable of monogamy. Make sure to define monogamy.
There are different types of sexual compulsion problems as well.
If you can tolerate some cheating...... no dating other men, no women with boyfriends. This is the bare minimum to avoid a 'social destruct'. XD

On topic - sure she can be faithful. Open the lines of communication and ask her if she's cheated in the past, what the circumstances were, and why she did it, if she did, in fact, cheat.
Therein lies your answer to your question. I agree cheating is a bad thing, but opening up the lines of communication can be extremely beneficial in the long run.
