We are going to check out dates, flights, accomodation and prices over the Easter weekend when she comes to stay.

There is lots of interest and me & the Will's will be happy to check out flights/rooms etc...
I know that Easter is a break but I will be spending the weekend, drinking, eating,drinking....
We will however be checking stuff out for the flights/rooms

Me & the cumbrian lass have had loads of mail stating interest..
As we have said we are planning on getting our heads together when we meet up at easter to define prices etc....
Yes its a tad more expensive than our usual meets but think of the cheap fags n booze we can bring back...
We have had some mail from our Spaniard friends who we will meet up with...
As the afore mentioned fella said, let us spread our British wings and meet fellow "locals" of POF wherever they live

We have had some interest as said earlier but would be good to know definate numbers then we could start bartering down the price for cheaper hotels
We could then all get flights from local airports & meet at the hotel or a certain bar..
All input will be greatly appreciated as I am a novice, Willow is better at this due to the camping meet from last year.. | |

Me & a daft bint on the forums are off to Benidorm for the festival in November..
Yaaaaaaars its ages away but just putting feelers out to see if any fellow Forumiesters fancy a clampit tour?
We have sort have done homework & flights are cheap like the budgie
Yes we all have family commitments so time out needs to be booked in advance
We all need plenty of saving up time....
I am happy to help with flights n stuff as me bezzi mate is waitress in the sky!!!!!

no thankyou.... why does Benidorm sound so appealing to us brits.... my ex inlaws moved there 6 years ago,it is a wee town by alacanti aiport and is in the middle of no where and horrible.... if you like drunks and up all night with noise and free sex you will love it.... that is all it has to offer.,.... been there plenty of times(no choice) and hated it the first time I went and insisted I come home after 5 days(we should have been there two weeks)...... lovely beaches and one particular irish bar in the lanes,but that is it,not worth the money...... | |

Posted: 4/19/2007 3:52:34 PM | As a travel agent, I may be able to give a few pointers on this...for ppl who can't fly from Birmingham, try this link..www.skyscanner.net/...it's a search engine for low cost airlines such as easyjet, bmi etc...and the earlier you book the flights the better, as low cost flights go up in price as the departure date gets closer.
As for hotels/apartments, there are plenty of websites for accommodation only such as www.medhotels.com/, www.cheaphotels.co.uk/, www.lowcostbeds.co.uk/, but you will tend to find very little difference in prices on most of the sites...the only difference will be in the actual hotels available...hope some of this info helps.
One last thing...be aware that transfers/taxis from the airport into Benidorm will cost somewhere in the region of £40.00 each way, so always better to share...or..if there are a lot of ppl arriving at the same time, look at the possibilty of actually booking a coach for all of you | |
