i must make mention of the admiral dinner theater in Chicago was one of the classier and Fantisy Showbar In Cherry Hill NJ, as well as franks chicken house in Manville NJ oh... and who can forget Dinks Tavern in Williamsport PA
What do you mean "classier"? There's nothing classy about a strip club. It's a building where you go to look at womens tits and get a boner. Please don't get any delusions of classiness.
it does seem like a waste of money but on the flip side as the guy above me somewhere said alot of these ladies are putting themselves through school or paying bills after a shitty divorce, or cant find a well paying job for what ever reason. does it make them less of a person because they just happen to take their clothes off and get paid for it?

The whole thought that they just give away their body is a complete turn off...When I see someone that is very promiscuous I stop and wonder what disease she may have or the thought that some other guy just had sex with her the night before. These thoughts remove any sexual desire from my mind about her.
Now a woman with that sleak black dress, make up not over done, red lipstick, high heels, the smell of gorgio and carries herself like a lady will get my attention. If she is soft spoken, intelligent and warm hearted then I am melting. Lastly, she only seeks a certain standard of a man whom she is attracted to and presents herself as bit of a challenge. And for clarification I am not passing judgement on people who sleep around its just not someone I am attracted to. As far as strippers...I believe they are human beings that should still be treated with respect and kindness and I am sure they have alot of good qualities. Oh and I went to Score's in Manhatten last weekend. Not that impressive. Flashdance was better.

I don't have a moral problem with strip clubs, I could care less about the idea. Hell, prostitution should be legal in my opinion.
But I think the idea of a strip club is idiotic. Wow, you can pay women to pretend to be interested in you and if you throw even more money away one of them will pretend to want to dance on your lap.

It's a sensitive subject for me as I lost a Ex to this Slimier Bars..he had an addiction to them and a few other not so nice things. And after work, off he would go. Spending money that we didn't have till it was gone and come home smelling like an, well you can imagine.
 So this whole thing leaves a really bad taste in my mouth..truly..! Trying to make it good thing for me, is something I will have work on in..for sure. As there are too many rapes that happen after Guys leave these Clubs that are frustrated .. I feel for them, but there should be a solution. Just a slightly different spin on things If you all don't mind. . . The women, (or men), that dance can be taken as a collective just like a small town. There are those that try to categorize dancers in one profile - not the case. For Graduate work back in the early 90s I was commissioned to do psychological surveys on dancers (female in this case), directed toward self esteem. Women came to work, danced, men ogled over them, asked if they dated the customers, and stuck money in their garters regardless of the response. Place your present occupation/career in that light. Why wouldn't you like what you do for a living, as it is full of unconditional positive regard.
This is such a load of hooey. What a male spin on the objectifying of women. Some women might not know how to articulate the feelings they have about being "oggled" in a positive regard!!!!
What I am trying to say is some dancers had a great body but no formidable skill to grant them a good paying job, and believe me, in New York at the time they made great money! Some merely made a good living, others were paying their way through law school with no loans, and like any other societies, unfortunately, some were feeding a drug habit. In short, all walks of life, all social casts, blue collar, white collar, race, creed, or religion. Though I have not been back in a strip club since that time, I appreciated all of the walks of life that were found there. As for the clientele, the same can be said: some just unwinding after a stressful day, some conducting business in an atmosphere that was pleasantly distracting and used to sway business, some looking to score, and some completely out of place. All different walks of life with one thing in common - a momentary distraction to relieve us of the frustrations of life.
