Ever wonder what's in a beard? I googled "bacteria in beards" and found that "facial hair provides a massive substrate on which bacteria can frolic and play."

Also found this: In 1907, a French scientist took one bearded and one clean shaven man from the streets of Paris and asked each of them to kiss a woman, whose lips were previously swabbed with antiseptic. After each kiss, her lips were swabbed and the cultures were smeared on agar. The hairy kiss, it turned out, was by far the more micro biologically diverse.

There is also an old saying which might say it all:

Don't grow on your face what you grow on your hind-end!

Having said that, though, beards do look great on some men, but I hate them when they are not close shaven and hang down even slightly toward the chest. Ewwwww!

Oh yeah I shave it off at times sure

They like me better w/o it.

We all have our own tastes and I like that.

Actually, I've never kissed a guy with a full beard. OK, maybe just a friendly peck. So I'm not sure how a full beard feels. How about it, ladies? What does that feel like to you? I'm thinking it is prickly. But maybe that depends upon how close the beard is cut. But then if it is longer, allowing it to soften, there is the "ewwww" factor and you wouldn't be kissed by me.

Now, there are other areas involved where a beard might be rather ticklish, too. Are you guys willing to sacrifice the facial hair if it is an interference?

I had a beard and mustache for about 20 years and then about 4 months ago decided it was time for a change and shaved them off. What is better I don't know , I mean handsome is handsome no matter how I do it!

I would gladly shave for the right person-I had a mustache for over35 years and shaved it off 2 years ago and my sisters said they did not recognize me ----so regrew it and a goatee after recovering from a minor surgery and have had loads of compliments-sooooooooooooooooooooooo yes I would ----as David Angelo would say I am a wuss but anything to please my LADY (plus if it did not work out I could always grow it back)

I shave, but man, gotta getaway from that electric razor. Actually, I shave everything I see....too bad I can't see my ass and lather up "The Edge" on it.

As long as the chick doesn't have tarantula legs or a jungle bush from the belly button wrapping around underneath to her backbone is just.

Does anyone else find it ironic that someone named THE ITCH responded to a shaved or unshaved forum?

On most, I'm sure the carpet doesn't match the drapes, so having a tile floor would be the better of the two.... No questions would be asked then....

To all girls who save why do you want you **** to look like a ten year olds?
I like both hairy and unhairy there different, but then every womans different. Being shaved used to be the dareing and different, now its the norm. Is being a hairy now the dareing thing? I do wonder how many woman really are shaved, all the magazines are full of shaved and partly shaved and very rarely a hairy ****.
Only do what you want, but remember your meant to have hair. To any womans who has never grown hair, you are try to stay young, at least once try being an adult woman, you can always shave it off.

After walking in the desert dying of thirst for a long long time, I'm not going to complain if the oasis has ice in the water or not.
