Actually, it's very simple. You just have to monitor her reactions. If she's a good communicator, she will let you know what turns her on, even when her mouth is full :D As a general rule, I'd say that hairpulling is hardly ever a problem, but pushing a woman's head down is a little too taboo for most.
For me personally, I can do without the hairpulling, but I do enjoy having my head pushed down. There are times when I am unsure I can take it, but that only adds to the arousal.
