Yup all of that stuff. I knew what i wanted to be when i grew up yet i swore i would never grow up. I wanted to be a farmer and i a way was. I wanted to be a carpenter and in a way was. I wanted to be a truck driver and in a way was. I wanted to be in business with my Dad and brothers and in a way was (3 brothers weren't in). I wanted to be a husband and father and in a way was. And i still haven't grown up and am also still fulfilling dreams even if in a small way. I too am one who thought he would die young. Though i would die in a gutter before i reached 26, got the idea at 15 or 16 and came close a few times but never quite. Guess i'll aim for 126 now.
A veterinarian. I changed my mind because I didn't think I could kill an animal. Ahh, the irony of it all! I have been working in the hog industry for about 12 years now, and I found out destroying sick/crippled animals isn't so bad about 11 years and 11 months ago. I do lots of vet-type stuff, just without the respect or the paycheque! I could still do it, but I don't think it's worth it at this point.
