Posted: 4/27/2007 8:49:55 AM | Hi Sherlock, today my favorite word is 'HULA', I'm practicing (I hope the other girls are too!)for the Luau we are having tommorrow night here in Punta Gorda...it is the Port Charlotte POR'ers we have a dance/party the last weekend of every month. So I came up with the Luau theme...an HULA...HULA...HULA... is the word of the day.
Don Ho would be so proud...he's probably surrounded by Hula grils in Heaven!!

I use it at work and just all dang day... it may be cheesy... but it really reflects my cheesy-positive side :)
Of course on the flip-side..when I am not happy my word of choice is "unacceptable".. just because it is...lol

Posted: 5/10/2007 7:50:19 AM | For the posters who were referring to vermiculite...the second poster is correct on it's composition, but neglected to mention where you might find it. I do gas work for a living and one type of gas appliance that is very popular would be gas log fireplaces. Now, there are types that work completely different from one another, but one of the more popular types uses a dustpan shaped burner pan with a burner tube running the length of it's bottom. That burner pan is filled with vermiculite granules to completely cover the burner tube, which causes the gas that flows throw it to be scattered throught the pan. This creates a realistic looking burning effect, without "columns" of flame coming out instead.
