I think that its perfectly fair - he's taking the time to accurately assess the situation. You sound clingy as you are trying to rush things....

Some good points.
Something else to consider though, what if he just needs to cool down, before he says something rash that he/you will regret later.
Worst gf I ever had loved to pick fights, seems she took my frustration and anger as a sign that I cared. Over time I learned to shut my mouth, walk away, and come back with some perspective and composure. The ammo she'd store up in the course of an argument could be fired off at me randomly for months. Nowadays I'm more of the "ditch the situation if it's causing you so much grief" persuasion, but I'll still take a little down time just to make sure my head is straight before I hit the eject switch.

So maybe quit crowding him before you force a confrontation he isn't ready to deal with in a civilized way. The break may be as much for your benefit as his.

Or he could be seeing someone else,(shrug) best of luck OP

Why isn't that guys always need a few days to think things through,(take a break and see if they still want to be with you) and girls want to solve the problem right away?
I am a big advocate of space to think without distraction. Not all guys do this, nor do all girls do this. I don't think I would take a few days however, that is a bad sign.

DOnt you think it's not far to us, to make us wait and feel bad about everything?
Would you rather they reacted badly right away, or had time to think about things clearly and calmly to make a solid decision? If you feel bad about it, I would say that the problem lies within you. He will say what he will say, and you will deal with it however.

If you are not willing to wait a few days... then I suggest you hit the road now.

How come the OP always takes a few days before she starts responding to opinions on her own thread?

why do people like to use others' pics or put misleading age/location info?

Read "Men are from Mars, Women from Venus" he addresses this in there. In a nutshell this is a good thing though.

we as women, tend to roll everything into one thing...where as guys, are much more simple....so when you have a problem, use as little words as possible. BUT make sure you use strong words and get your point across.

now, for what lies underneath...lol....doesn't matter if it comes from a man or a woman, when the word "break" is mentioned....well....its obvious....

while you think its not fair to us women, its not fair to the men when we EXPECT them to deal with it right away...give and take, respect the fact that hes actually thinking things over.......

If you don't like it, just tell him and break up with him. If he is that important to you, give him the time and space to find that you are that important to him.
