does that mean Sherry should bring some demo products???? so some people can have a bit of assistance "entertaining" themselves for the night?
And Brian --- bring what you can but don't bring so much that it affects what you have stored for the bonfire next week.

Please while packing for this trip remember to grab some first aid supplies... I plan on bringing a kit and I know a few others are but you can never be too cautious!!
Also do we have any EMT's or Medically Trained people? If so please let me know at check in -- I used to run a daycare so I have some training, but if I knew of someone who was better ready to call in an emergency that would be great!!!

Ok so the camping setup is 1/2 on side of the shelter house and the other 1/2 on the other side...
This is what we (the people behind the scenes) think would be best..
Campers with children will be on one side and campers without children will be on the other side.
Unless you are traveling there with a family then single campers can be on the side with that family.
This way if you want to cut loose and have fun you are seperated from the children. I have had alot of emails because people were concerned that this was going to get too wild for children.
I will repeat this again NO ONE WILL PUT THE SAFTEY OF ANY CHILD IN QUESTION on this trip.
Most of us are parents, aunts, uncles, something everyone will be expected to respect these children on this event. | |

| POF Camp Outing Hocking Hills June 15th - June 17th
Posted: 6/13/2007 10:19:59 AM | The way the group areas are set up, there are two group areas above the shelter and two below it. There is a small blacktop road that runs the length of the 4 group areas. The parking lot is lighted and is near the swimming pool at the entrance to the group area. When I checked it out a few weeks ago, a group was there and there was a few vans parked inside the group area near the entrance. The blacktop drive inside the group area is narrow and must be kept open for safety reasons. Anyone with special needs for a vehicle, I am sure something can be worked out. The bath house/rest rooms are located just across the parking lot from the swimming pool, a short walk from the group area.
Amy has put a lot of work into organizing this weekend and I am certain it will be a great time for everybody. | |
