Spaces are being taken quickly people - sign up today or loose out!!!!!
Within just 2 days we have filled up 50% of the spots! This should be a great outing!

Now we need a theme for the scavanger hunt... how about something related to the sea???? since we are all FISHIES!!!!!  amy we will have to come up with a good prize for this ... and the buttons , we should def use a pic!!!! :) smile pretty everyone! | |

I walk the trails and these hills alot enjoying nature and everything it has to offer us here. I myself, driving a Jeep liberty, pull behind camper, loaded with all the goodies, etc........so, if u need help on what is needed, please let me know. Should be a great time!! The group area that is reserved is for tents only. Someone mentioned sleeping in their SUV. That shouldn't be a problem. For any that want to bring some sort of camper, they will be in a different area and separate arrangements will have to be made.
Some may come only for the day and not spend the weekend or camp out. Any that want to come join us for the day are welcome. | |

We will also need someone to coordinate the games for the children and someone else to do the same for the adult games. Also, if someone wants to organize something for live entertainment, speak up. Lets make this a weekend to remember!!! | |

Posted: 3/23/2007 4:02:38 PM | Amy - If I can talk my youngest daughter into coming she can do face painting for the kids and I'll see if she has any other suggestions as well.
Depending on the age group of the kids, I could bring some of my jewelry making stuff and let them make a bracelet for their wrist or ankle. It's just sitting in my closet collecting dust right at the moment so I might as well put it to use.
Scavenger hunt for the kids would be good also. Maybe get some prizes for some of the kid events too. Once you have a total # of kids coming and maybe the ages it will make it easier to plan it out and I am more than happy to help out anyway I can.
I was gonna suggest Karaoke for the adults but since we don't have electric I guess that won't work.
