Posted: 3/25/2007 10:11:55 PM | This is more sad than funny. Alberta just released their list of baby names for 2006. Of the stranger names for a baby girl was "Tequila". Imagine what that kid's going to go through growing up. But that wasn't the worst. Some redneck named his boy "Diesel Blaze".

I was named after Stevie freaking Knicks...thank god my name isnt actually Stevie, but its close
I've heard tons of girls with the name Tasha, never thought of it as a perfume.. and if you're name isn't actually Stevie, what's the prob? Is it Stephanie? Nothing wrong with that  | |

My brother told me once he has a teacher named Richard Licker.
He also told me he worked in a hospital and a woman had twins that she named Lemonjello and Orangejello after her favorite deserts. | |

and Saffron...My kids have strange names also.
Keziah, and then there is Lakota. I always have like the strange and unusal names....lol
And an ex friend has named thier kids after "drug" names Mary Jane...then Paul Carter Pertson "PCP" I don't talk to them anymore.....lol. My neighbor upstairs daughter's name is Conception...(she calls herself Connie now)......lol she hate her name and is b-sitting to get the 250.00 to change her name legaly...lol.
Zyrus...a neighbor downstairs.
Evanston wy. name from there.. Montana Blazing. Not kidding......another Paticent....

and when I was 17 I worked for a double glazing company cold calling people on the phones, so me and my friend used to cold call people out of the phone book
I know this topic is about funny kids names, but some of the surnames me and my friend found was hilarious, and we mis-pronounced a couple for our own fun
We phone Mr and Mrs Rimjaw(except we called them Rimjob)
Mr Quim
Mr Bestarde(we called him Mr B**tard)
and we also spoke to a Mrs Freak

Huh? How is that unusual or funny? Gabriel is a nice name for a boy! But some of these are freaking hilarious... and goes to show how little thought some people put into names----"hey hun, let's name our kid this"... "yea okay, it'll do"... like wtf? don't people realize how cruel kids can be? THAT should be the deciding factor and the fact that anywhere this person goes, he/she will always get the questions/perplexed looks.
