While I had paid memberships on some of them I heard pretty much nothing, then as soon as my memberships expired I would start getting an avalanche of mail from smoking hot twenty-somethings wanting to chat and of course I can't read the emails until I renew my membership again. Posted: 4/21/2007 12:25:16 PM | yea i was on True for like a few days, hated it. got bajillions of e-mails and winks from what i believed were not even real profiles -- i think the site people have made many many bogus profiles and then they sit there sending you winks and e-mails so you stay and pay them money... i think it's a truly fraudulent operation they're running over there, so, no wonder they're taking potshots at the wonderful POF!
and i mean that. def my fav site...which you can easily discern given how often i am online here :-> :-P     | |

There is a mortgage company in my area that is so tasteless they call the competition PREDATORS and say they should go out of business etc etc . I think its disgusting and unprofessional. I will stick with POF its a good website and they do not put down other sites . | |

Some people think Star Trek fans are losers... some people think people who enjoy spending every weekend shopping are losers... etc etc etc. (I do not actually hold these opinions... I was just giving examples.)

Then, they decide if you are "good enough" for their site. Anyone could date.

It's like... 30 bucks a month for most of them.
I just sold a pocket knife on ebay for over 600 dollars.
30 bucks is like... nothing.
Perhaps I should find a paid dating site with forums so as to avoid broke azzes and cheapskates.
