The entire look is very appealing, if not downright sexy! Just my preference I suppose.
As for the actual foot, I don't mind massaging a woman's tired, aching feet (especially after she has been standing around in her heels all day!) with lotion or warmed scented oils. Nor do I really care if I am classified as "one of those guys", there are an abundance of women out there who actually enjoy having their feet pampered and caressed, hats off to those beautiful women!
I can't offer a surefire reason as to why some women aren't crazy about feet, there are probably a multitude of reasons, so to that, I end my little rant here and say to each is own.
