in everything shiny from every direction.

I don't gossip about friends or stab them in the back
I don't carry our differences into the sack.

And I honestly think its a privilege for me
to have these two balls and stand when I pee

Got called in to work last minute and gotta do so again bright and early for tomorrow morning being Saturday as well . I am sure you are all having a great time right now dancing and drinking the night away. Was hoping to wear my wonderful super cape and meeting up with some new friends. Anyhow, guess it'll have to be for next time. Until then.

Posted: 4/28/2007 12:40:28 AM | The party gods were indeed smiling on this glorious event held in honour of Lauren. For me, it was effortless to enjoy every moment of my adventurous return to your lovely city.
From my announcing that I was cutting out early from work evading a single peep of protest from my workaholic boss, to my escaping the grey rainy skies of Ottawa in time to embrace the seductive tender warmth of Montreal before dusk, to my having absolutely no problem finding this venue in time to be early enough to wander around and grab a quick nosh without getting lost, to my immediately being welcomed at Funky Town by our gracious and gregarious host Winemaker, this daytrip to meet and share a laugh with many familiar and new faces (all fun and friendly) was definitely a roaring success!
What made it even more of a memorably remarkable event for me was the chance to share this experience with fellow fishies from Ottawa who also attended, while I had the chance to personally chat with many of the people who have made this thread such a treat to follow and contribute to. Heart felt kudos, handshakes and hugs. As a group, you have lived up to all expectations by once again nurturing an overwhelming spirit of contagious good cheer, and have much to be proud of in your individual efforts to party hearty with an inclusive zest for fun! Bravo and thank you all so much! | |

I had a wonderful time and enjoyed meeting all the feeeshies...
and chatting with the usual suspects as well...
It was wonderful to finally meet the great out-of-town feeeeeshies
who came down from Ottawa and Burlington for our
POF supper and funkeeeeeeeeee party!
Lauren, I am so sorry I forgot your Dollarama gold-plated tiara!
I will be sure to bring it to the next POF shindig! lol
It was great hanging out with you again girl....
I hope you enjoyed your tribute evening!
I wish I could have stayed on to party with everyone,
but after working a 15 hour shift the day before &
having to work the day of the party,
this little feeeeeeshie needed to catch some shut-eye!
It was a SUPER night though!
Great times all around!!!

I had a great time, meeting many many nice people.
It was nice to meet alot of the ottawa fishies, and even one who may motivate me to give up smoking once and for all !

The "69" sign is home safe and ready to rumble at the next party on May 4 here in Ottawa.
Vito, you are a stylish dude and it's no wonder you're popular with the ladies.
Hope you didn't mind me dancing to the AC/DC song, but I just HAVE TO DANCE!
I also want to thank a young man named Denis for dancing with me. Stephan from Germany, nice to meet you. Wottacatch, nice to briefly meet you, sorry I didn't get to talk to you much.

The Ottawa fishies had loads of fun, but were a little early going home than usual. I guess the drive put a wee strain on our usual endurance. (Well Wild and I could have carried on.)
Look forward to seeing a lot of you in Ottawa for Renoir in June!!!
