| Eggs Benedict Posted: 7/27/2010 12:10:02 PM | Mmmm. Breakfast is my alltime favorite meal. Plus I've been a breakfast chef for several years now. Yum. When I poach my eggs I don't add any vinegar or lemon to the water. If the water is at the *almost* boiling point that is the moment I add my eggs, right from the shells into the water. Works perfect for me each time. I love to grill the English muffins with butter in a pan. Then have some pesto sauce on the bottom with fresh shrimp. Then of course hollandaise. Mmm. Knorr instant works well and tastes good if your in a hurry, or just don't feel like making it. I add a bit of fresh parsley to it. Then top the eggs covered with hollandaise with more shrimp. Mmmm. If you happen to have a jar of sundried tomatoes add a few of those also. Mmm | |

| Eggs Benedict Posted: 7/31/2011 4:58:39 AM | never a fan of the hollandaise Spicing it up Chicken Marsala (http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/tyler-florence/chicken-marsala-recipe/index.html) Poached egg (though I prefer an over easy) Served over Na'an bread. you have to fold into quarters to get the size and the lift of an English muffin it will never be confused with Eggs Bene ;)
brought to you by a bachelor raiding the fridge from the previous nights Indian faire cook out, and not wanting to wait till lunch for left overs ;) | |
