Posted: 4/20/2007 6:57:14 PM | Women seem to be really quick to throw out the "intimidated" label whenever things don't go their way. We're supposed to be intimidated by smart women, strong women, tall women, women who have good jobs, women who work in military/law enforcement, etc. It gets old.
I think it's normal and natural that men prefer women who are shorter than they are, just like women prefer men who are taller. It's hard-wired, and it's just the way it is. Sometimes it can be overcome, but for the most part you're probably just going to have to focus on men who are 6'4" or more. I know it narrows the field, but short men have to deal with the same thing. | |

Only date I ever had with a lass as tall as you came about in Hawaii, lucked into a party with a female basketball team, guess it helps when every guy is short compared to all the ladies........fun to dance with as well........... I think this line got me in " I am standing up actually, and Im really 8 inces shorter than this, I'm standing on my wallet"

I prefer taller women, up to 6'4" cool with me ( a few inches taller than I am .)

Tall women can be uncomfortable with shorter men. Probably because it attracts attention.
At my age I could care less what other people think. I would hope the woman I am with has matured to that point also. I would like to see her in FMPs too!

My girlfriend is a tall lass...im 6 foot and she is about 6 foot 4. Intimidated???????? NO WAY!!!!!!!
In saying that i have dated women not as tall as me, one was 5 foot lol. It deosnt make any difference what height a person is. If you date soley on how tall/short a person is, that to me is the same as only dating blondes or only dating good looking people. By doing this you are missing out on what could be the most wonderful person in the world.
I know for a fact that had i decided 'Oooooo she is taller than me, i cant possibly date someone taller than me' i would have missed out on THE CATCH of the millenium. Not only is she a lovely tall and slim lady but she has the most amazing sense of humour, is sharper than a laser scalpel adn she makes me smile anytime i think of her. Did i mention she is hot too? hehhehehe arent i the lucky one. She is also incredibly musically talented too, probably THE BIGGGEST TURN ON a guy that makes and repairs guitars can have.
So guys and ladies, dont be all stupid and NOT date someone because they dont fit into your 'date-height-range', that is just cutting off your nose to spite your face.
Oh, and to my most lovely girlfriend if you read this.........Thank you for being allllll mine!!!!!! MUAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHA

You will find it is WOMEN that are more likely to have restrictions on dating by how tall someone is........ now that may work as a disadvantage for you since most guys know most women want a guy taller than herself. So if that isn't you mention it early on. | |
