| Guns, the range, target activities. Posted: 3/10/2008 5:43:15 PM | I would love it!! I learned to shoot at the age of 7. But don't give me a 30-30...learned the hard way as a teen that I just don't have the strength to keep that from knocking me on my keester | |

| Guns, the range, target activities. Posted: 3/10/2008 5:49:59 PM | I am surprised by the number of women saying that they would love it! Is it just that I am wrong about women or that only women who like guns are replying. Personally, I would not like that sort of date at all. | |

I would love to get back into it... it was a lot of fun...skill involved and something that I really enjoyed.

If naught else, go and see if you like it...some gals get a real thrill from firing automatic weapons...probably has something to do with the vibes

Even though that means you are going to a date armed, and with a bag full of ammo... Not much for conversation grounds, and your hearing is affected for a couple of hours too... eh??? On the plus side, you get to know if your date can cover your back efficiently..

| Guns, the range, target activities. Posted: 3/18/2008 6:32:49 PM | As a first date, personally its not for me. If I was someone who was more into it, I'd be all for it, very original.
However, I am open to trying new things, and am willing to give my partners interest a try. So a little further down the road if a guy I was seeing asked me to shoot some rounds with him, I'd certainly be willing.

| Guns, the range, target activities. Posted: 3/18/2008 7:05:27 PM | It wouldn't be something I would want to do on a first date, because I want to be able to look cute on a first date...and the eyes and ears you are required to wear on the range for safety are NOT cute!
But, I wouldn't be opposed to it down the road. In fact, if I was interested in a guy, and he had an interest or a hobby that could be made into a date, I would certainly be up for trying it at least once.
If it is something I had already done before and DIDN'T enjoy...I like to think that I would try it again with the new guy, in the hopes that better company would make for a more positive experience.

| Guns, the range, target activities. Posted: 3/19/2008 6:00:03 PM | Perfect! It's my hobby too!
But you need to find out if that is her hobby, if it's not her hobby, better not do it.

If it's not...good place for a 5th. Love me, love my hobbies. Or at least come to an understanding with them.
I won't kvetch about your 300 pairs of shoes if you won't kvetch about my guns. At least all mine fit in a safe...yours takes up a whole dang CLOSET!!

| Guns, the range, target activities. Posted: 4/4/2008 8:46:56 PM | | I think it's a great date activity. I haven't been to the range in years, but my dad made sure my sister and I learned fairly early on. That being said, I'd have to get to know a guy better before heading to the range with him. | |

| Guns, the range, target activities. Posted: 4/5/2008 2:31:28 AM | Fun, fun.
I remember a brown-eyed boy with automatic weapons in the woods and 2 liter bottles full of water. It's fun to watch them explode.
