it would be nice to have something on that page to report nude photos and not just rate them 1 to 10. I have seen more then my fair share of some guy that just puts a photo of his DONG of someone elses up and asks for it to be rated... Maybe on the rate my photo area you can also include a DELETE due to cartoon and or nude photo botton,
There is a new rating area where you can do just that. After you click on rating it will be to the left of the original line up where you can pick the gender. Right above the pic.

I know that not having a pic is very annoying to some, but hopefully being able to place a restriction on not being messaged by those w/o an image will suffice...hope so! | |

I think what people are having a problem with is the fact that only certain people are getting targeted. if this is going to be rule , then everyone who breaks it should have thier pics deleted, not just the ones who have been unlucky enough to have gotten reported by someone! | |

As long as you are willing and able to send a full face shot to an interested party that you are comfortable with then I don't understand why you can't just put a partial up? | |

I really haven't encountered anything on here worth reporting...fake profiles can be touchy subjects; if the people placing profiles, and viewing profiles are honest, and not forgetting what this website is all about, then this really isn't an issue....besides, the eyes and a smile can tell a million; keep smiling people, and god bless the attitude | |

this sounds silly but think about people, would you meet someone in public that didn't have a face??? that's got nothing to do with it. they are talking about your main picture, you could still have a picture of yourself in your profile and it doesn't matter. | |

I think that that you shouldn't be able to hide the fact that you looked at someone's profile file either... thats part of the fun of "catching someone's eye" | |

About 1 to 1.5% of users were breaking the rule. If I deleted everyone breaking the rule not many people would even notice they were missing, except for the fact all those non face pics would be gone. | |

If you can't be honest about what you look like in ONE picture on your profile, then I'm probably not going to pay much attention. I had pictures of my pets up for a bit, but made the decision eventually to take them down. I'm also sick of seeing guy's pubic hair when they lift their shirt, and hook a thumb in their shorts and pull them down a bit too far to show off their bellies.
As for a full body shot, I believe that should be up to the individual as to whether or not they put it up for all the world to see. I'm one of those "wheelchair" people because I broke my back a year ago. I've learned that I don't particularly care what your reaction to my wheels are, because if nothing else I've made some awesome friends on here. And...maybe...a little more with someone. But I can understand someone wanting to keep some semblance of privacy to their profile.

Another type picture that bothers me, and the attached profiles, for that matter, are the married couples looking for a third party for fun. I don't particularly want those to pop up on my searches either. The picture is what first draws my attention, so I guess that's why I brought it up here.
Is there any way you could have a "looking for a threesome" category? So the rest of us don't have to run across it?

There may be valid reasons why a Member does not wnat to expose their face to the whole world and or/ show themselves to select people only in later emails. Such peoole may include Member who are being stalked, people who get too many emails, members who feel it may compromise their work, or personal reputation.
To then restrict searches to images of faces overtly discriminates against such members....my 2 bits | |

I don’t think I am going to report anyone on their choice of picture, especially when probably half of the users are “allowed” not to post any picture at all.
I agree however that the requirement of having a head shot would make sense to exclude those without pictures from e-mailing and from search.
Use the report profile link to report users who have a proper main picture but the rest are cartoons or joke pictures.

Time and time again i've seen that those kind of users have absolutely no interest in using the site as a dating site.
Well…aside from the pictures, is “hanging out” or looking for “friends” really dating?

If you have a dog, it can be your 3rd or 4th picture. Just the main picture has to be a headshot of you.

If I have to manually review a profile because someone didn't follow the rules and have a headshot as the main picture I'm going to delete everything that doesn't include a person's face.
That would include a dog, a flower, an art, a car, a Harley, a tattoo, etc, whatever creative and /or important about themselves they would like to reveal, wouldn’t it?
So which is it then?
Or a picture of a dog with the owner’s face is OK? And a tattoo on half naked body in a provocative pose when the face is included is OK, but someone’s drawings, paintings, photography, or just pictures of art or things they like, which after all represent who they are INSIDE is not OK?
Am I the only one confused with what’s going on? ?

I can understand that the purpose on these sites is to meet people. And I completely agree that nudity, drawings or cartoons may not be the type of picture that should be a person's main photo. But there is merit to privacy and selective disclosure.
I personally don't feel comfortable openly posting my face on this site or plastering my face on the internet. I have no problem sending a photo to someone (I have nothing to hide), but it's a mutual exchange, and it should be done at the discretion of the member. Isn't this the reason for the capability to send a picture by email?
In respect for someone's privacy, especially when their job could be noticeably impacted, I do not agree with this at all. What sites I am participating on, is my business and I'd like to keep it that way. | |

But if someone posts a picture of there pet, showing that they truely love animals all of a sudden THEY get punished.. That is such a crock of crap its pathetic!!! I guess you would rather they post no picture instead of showing the love for animals... Why don't you package a do's and dont's of hair styles and clothing. Maybe all of the females should wear Navy blue blouses and the guys white shirts with a tie.... GET REAL.. let this site be freedom to express yourself however you feel as long as it isn't degrading or pornographic!!!!! | |

Also, I'm more offended about people putting long-term or dating on their profile to find out all they are interested in is SEX..that's for more offensive. Do we get to report these people? a mere glance at my favorates and a oppertunity to give a few references might be a sweet offer...and make those references a privatre fact...so others do not have to take hits from humans who assume they have some score to settle cuz they are feeling internalized and wounded...good hevens like children crying about not being able to proove legitamacy...give faceless pictures the bennifit of a reference list so you can verify them privatly...what is the big deal.
And yes i could post an ass picture i'm just not into attracting nor projecting an object...if i want to proove someone is real ...........I MEET THEM....gee whiz...excuses and blame are a failure to face logic do you not think...trying not to offend but i just fail to see why you would allow a trolls the ground to upset you........my goodness...we have block buttons and personal boundries and we are ADULTS which makes our decisions to choose to give integrity to written words...liers and loosers are part of life...is not a matter of us contoling them is a matter of us controlling ourself ......and feeding conjecture into some email and picture shakes head....my goodness.....and punish humans who choose to not draw attenton
