| Ladies, you have one option to choose from...which one would you choose?

A) You come home from work one night. Your BF, partner etc. says, hey, lets go to your fav. rest. and you can pick a movie to go see.
OR
B) You come home, your fav. dinner has been cooked for you. Your fav. bottle of wine is just begging to be opened. After dinner he runs you a bath, puts you in it and tells you to..." relax for the rest of the night..."
If I really had to choose between those two - I would have to go with B. I have done the A one many times, but would be a nice change and more intimate if B would happen. | |

Posted: 4/12/2007 8:51:54 AM | B - I would definately choose B. There's more thought in that... The more thought, the more romance... Plus, I don't have to worry about going and getting dressed, because obviously I looked just fine walking through the door!
After waiting 4 years for just ONCE to be told to relax for the night, while my husband would do something - ANYTHING - B would definately be my choice. | |

If I'm at home, I'm going to hear the phone ring, know there's dirty laundry, feel guilty that the dogs aren't getting their exercise, while I'm laying in the tub, I am going to rehash all the things I left undone at work and the busy day I'll have tomorrow, and then, because the guy has been so thoughtful, I'll feel as though I'll probably have to be romantic and sexy when all I want to do is go to sleep. | |

Now B on the other hand is clearly the only choice. Plus...there IS no smell I can think of nicer than that of a woman out of a bath, although the meal beforehand just might come close. Seriously...you girls smell like a walking bag of skittles, sometimes. Love it. | |

You arrive at work to find that you man has booked your day off there is an envelope.
You open it, inside a short sweet poem and a certificate for a 3 hour spa.
You arrive at the spa and another envelope, another poem and a certificate for a Manicure and pedicure.
You arrive and there are roses and a note telling you to hurry home telling you your main course is hot and ready to be served:) | |

To me, B is so predictable. After a long day at work, I would normally go home, have dinner, and relax. So to me, thats not a special treat. Come home and do what I normally do. Exciting. Then, at the end of the night, there are dishes to do and a bathtub to clean. No thanks. Plus I can't stay home and not pay attention to the dogs, or just straighten up a bit.
Take me out. Let someone else cook for me. Let someone else clean up. Movies are the best. I looove going and seeing a flick. at home, I would fold a load of laundry while i watched it. or fall asleep. out, i get to enjoy a movie.
I can stay home and be lovey with my man any night. Not staying home is a nice change. | |
