But i like a nice relaxed evening in too, especially with great company , thats even better.Bit of romance thrown in!

LOL... Interesting. But PLEASE! What woman would choose a restaurant over a relaxing evening and pampering? Or what guy for that matter?
Me. I'm not into sappy romantic gestures and I get to eat dinner in my own home (and bathe there) quite regularly.
Touching someone's heart requires far more than imitating what you've seen on a romantic comedy or soft-core on Cinemax, okay. It means knowing what SHE would like, appreciate, and find touching and special.
I had a guy once who knew I'd had a crappy week at work. He set up with all our friends for us to meet at my favorite club for the evening to drink, dance and blow off steam, then took me to get my tongue pierced (I'd always wanted to but hadn't gotten around to it). We went back to my place afterwards and ... well, 'nuff said.
It's certainly not every woman's fantasy evening, but it was one of the most fun nights I've ever had, and it was EXACTLY what I needed and wanted. He knew me, he'd paid attention to what I liked and what made me happy, and he provided that for me.
I once had another guy rent a Harley for the weekend because he knew how much I liked to ride. We spent the weekend buzzing from one little poky town to another, prowling antique shops (another one of my passions).
I realize the point of this was to pick one or the other, but guys, please keep in mind - romancing a woman isn't a cookie cutter hallmark card thing. It's a science that's equal parts consideration, ingenuity and LISTENING. | |

HOWEVER, if i/we had been together only "2 months" he would NOT have the keys to My HOUSE!!!!!! so, how'd he get in there to "make dinner for me when i got home??"  and why doesnt he have a job? how'd he find the time to cook that grand meal? does he work swing shift?? He can go to his place then & "cook before i come home"  ~disclaimer~ haha..yeah, i know this is /was a simple post/question, but of course i had to WONDER about stuff! Hugs to All.....    *Either Way*, he'd definitely know i was appreciative!!! yum desert!! *blush* | |

If I had to work the next day or the weather was bad, then I would want to stay in and have dinner cooked for me and the bubble bath.
I'm being greedy here, I'd be happy with both since I was married to a lazy, inconsiderate, selfish jerk who pretty much did NOTHING for me.
So I couldn't choose just one but would be happy and grateful with either. | |

I would prefer B.. cuz I know who is going to end up in that tub with me!!! ( whether he knows it or not )!!! Bring it on BAby!!!

Don't let your guy friends or your Dad know you did option B. You would lose you man card. Tell her when she gets home form work to get the dinner started. Your bowling at 8 and want to get there early.
TampaBJC, you lost your man card with the above statement with all the females I am sure...so you can run back to your male friends and your Dad and drink a few more drinks and show each other your muscles...and be miserable....and maybe that makes you think you are a MAN! There is a time and place to be a man ...and with the above statement...you would to me...have insecurities with your own manhood. | |

I know I am going against the grain here... Option B did happen and well... My then boyfriend had the best of intentions, I want to mention this.
Reality hit me the next day when he left to go to work and I was left with a VERY messy kitchen and a very messy tub... The melted wax was very difficult to take off without scratching my beautiful custom made bathtub...
Be careful what you wish for.
How about option C.... Come home to a sparkling clean house!!!
I would be all over him in a New York minute!!! | |
