It can happen whether I am alone or with someone.
No, I don't pass out in any other circumstances.
I might be holding my breath, but only for a couple seconds.
What happens is the orgasm comes, and my entire body flexes super hard. The pressure all over is so intense that mid way through the gaz, it all goes black and my face hits the floor. I'm only out for a couple seconds, and my return to consciousness is greeted with the last few orgasmic contractions. Good times.
