I think procrastinating is a lot like masturbating. Sure it feels good while you are doing it, but what it boils down to, is that you are still screwing yourself.

It explained several different reasons why people procrastinate, but the one that I related to the most was caused by perfectionism. Perfectionists often procrastinate because they don't want to do something unless they are able to do it PERFECTLY. Trying not to sweat the small stuff is MY biggest challenge. | |
