Posted: 4/20/2007 10:21:52 PM | Well, in my opinion as a woman, I think lingerie might actually be better if some (not all) were designed by men...after all, some of us do wear it to please men right? So it would only make sense to get some males in on the creating side of things...think about it...
I once went out with a guy, who, I later found out didn't find sexy lingerie as appealing as I'd thought. Luckily the guys after him whom I've dated appreciated me wearing sexy lingerie, so that's that 
Also, no offence to one of the previous guys who posted, but the most expensive (and sexy) lingerie I ever bought was the most uncomfortable one to wear...so that being said, not all inexpensive lingerie is indeed, uncomfortable  LOL | |

IMHO. I love it when a woman suprises me and disappears into the the bathroom and either calls me into the tub with her or comes out in a nice loose fitting silk boxer shorts with a camisole top on. Or maybe just a garter belt and thigh highs.....or....wait. I could go on a longgggggg time but you get the idea.

Posted: 5/2/2007 1:16:37 PM | Personally I wear sexy lingerie for me - it makes me feel sexy and beautiful. I love silk, satin and lace. The men in my life have always loved my lingerie and commented positively as well. Now, hearing that from a man you are interested in is very yummy.
I think what ever works to make the connection between a man and woman remain constant or create new excitement is awesome. Every day we choose how to live the day, enjoy the day and interact with people around us. Why should a relationship be any different. Why not do the best to you can to make a relationship remain HOT, STEAMY and SEXY? If its lingerie, sex on the beach or a romantic get a way - its all good. Life is meant to be enjoyed. | |

Sexual confidence is hard to come by when your naked. Lingerie just gives you that confidence. It covers up some off those undesirible spots and enhance the good one :) It's a win, win situation. Wearing sexy lingerie makes me feel sexy. I love the way it feels against my skin. Wearing sexy lingerie and seeing that look of lust in his eyes when he sees me in it is a major turn on for me. I wear it because I know the vision of me wearing lingerie will play over and over again in his mind's eye when we aren't together. I know that vision will keep him coming back to me for more. I wear it to keep the romance going.   | |

In my case, sexy lingerie is not expected, but, I love it when it happens. It is without a dount a HUGE turn on. I especially love thigh high stockings. And if you don't mind me saying so...I'll bet anything that you would look great in a sexy pair of black or red thigh highs.

Nylons are extremely sexy, although as far as lingerie in general, I really prefer a lady to feel and act completely comfortable wearing nothing more than her skin. Questions that, I, as a woman wonder is, "Do Men Really Expect" a woman to wear sexy lingerie and/or intimate apparel; and, "Does It Really Matter"?
I think that when a man sees that a woman is dressing "sexy" and for them, it creates a feeling of her wanting him to desire her; that he notices that she cares to go out of her way to look a certain way for him. Men appreciate that in a woman. "Do they expect it"? I don't think they do, but I think it does put a smile on their face.
What's your opinion?

I have never dressed in it for a man, but because it's visually appealing to really see it at times. In movement, in passing. I don't even think I look all that good in it ~ it's the beauty of a piece of clothing. The offset of this is that most men enjoy the visual stimulation it can provide to intimate encounters. | |

It appears some of us have missed this - my thoughts on this are: as nice as it is to know that I can make Omar turn boxers into a tent makes me smile. As what woman doesnt want to know that they turn a man on. But for me variety is nice, different types of boxers are nice, but so are thongs, briefs and the ever popular tidy whities. I really like to see a man I am involved with, in a robe with the belt done up, (but please take the sox off). The first thing I wonder about is, what type of underwear is he wearing underneath, and about how yummy the last intimate time we shared together. Then I think about how delicious it would be to unwrap him, and if Omar has not made an appearance, no worry there - I have many naughty ideas to heat things up. Cause if you think about it lingerie is there everyday uniform at their place of employment. Wouldn't want it to seem like they were at work. You would think you would want to make things special.
Anyway.....Does it matter? No it doesn't cause the man expects to see you naked within a half an hour so whatever little skimmpy thing you have on doesn't matter to him. But on the other hand it could also be taken as that your just teasing him. You want him to get all excited because your showing some more skin...but maybe thats all the skin that you plan on showin him.
Guys like lingerie but we like what goes into it much much more!!!! | |

Yes it is!! It's been quite a while since I saw that look of surprise and adoration on my SO's face seeing me in sexy lingerie since I'm not one for casual sex. I love the way I feel while wearing it so I wear lingerie daily - not as elaborate as what I'd wear on that special night, but I do love wearing it even though lately no one sees it but me.....
A smart man is a man who encourages his woman by paying for these lil things...there is something sweet about him taking the time to discover what you prefur to wear and atually takes the spirit and goes and picks it....it's sexy to have a man give a dang and care enough to go out of his way to make his mate feel nice.... adored.
I think it's so sexy and fun and all a part of the sexual ritual if a guy would suggest to go with me to Victoria's Secret to pick out what he would like to see me wear....
Romance is based on one human choosing to reguard there partner first and in doing that crossing the trust off the list cuz obviously he knows her essence if he has those romantic notions and the mechanices of lovemaking come to the forefront as a natural progression of and a no brainer the expression of love..
. . . and that is exactly what casual sex and one nighters are lacking. The ritual of shopping for sexy lingerie together and knowing each other intimately makes the sexual act so much more satisfying mentally as well as physically. Romance is paramount to me. Knowing that he "knows my essence" and instinctively knows how to keep the romance going is what I look forward to should I meet the one who will give me butterflies in my tummy and make me weak in the knees. It's a given that I will be eager to know his essence also. The out flow of the mental foreplay sets the scene for the best sex one could ever fantasize about.
