I was once with a guy who admittted he cheated on his ex... I told him I how many i'd slept with he couldn't accept it... it was high to be fair! I pointed out at least I was single when I did... it kept him quiet for a while but men can't handle the truth!!!!!!! | |

That's why I haven't had intercourse yet!
Oral sex.. haha.. that one is really tough.
It's becoming really casual to do it with millions of people.
Over 5 people is too much for me.
I've only done it with one person and I don't plan on doing it with anyone else for a very long time. | |

Sexual partners should be your business and your business alone.......and as far as I am concerned the one I am with now is my partner and the last one until that is no longer viable, then I will search for the next last one......
I think most would hope that sooner or later, they will find the one that shakes their world in all ways, and that is the last one they will ever have or do in any way.......and until then.......they are all for your eyes, mind, body, and soul only.......

Take your age, multiply it times two, divide by 3, and add 2...
If you don't like that one...take your age, subtract 16 (since that is commonly the age that the majority of people lose their virginity), and multiply times 4, divide by 3, and add 6.
I've always found those to be a pretty reasonable number of people that someone has slept with. Although...by both calculations, my number is a bit higher at the present time.
OP: It doesn't really matter unless the guy is insecure. Really. Only one guy ever had a problem with the number of sex partners I had had in the past. He had only had 4 and I was way up on him. He would throw it up in an arguement...'Well at least I haven't slept with XX amount of people'. And I'm like 'what the hell does that have to do with you taking the trash out?' Such is life...

Posted: 5/9/2007 7:02:43 AM | this is something i have long struggled with, and i am not proud of it. i have a woman with a very promiscuous past, mostly fbuddies and one nighters numbering well above 70-100 she guesses. i love her so i try not to let it consume me. however a part of me still "winces" inside when ithink that the woman i love so much, the beautiful body attached to her, has been viewed, touched, explored, and entered by so many others. in a sense, my sick thinking is like "i don't have anything they haven't had", that they can say" been there done that", and they are correct.
i know she loves me not them, and i know she is with me now, but it's not like they tried to keep her and i somehow "one out", she didn't care if it went on, and neither did they she conveys. when a man can look at your woman and know he has "been very physicaly intimate with her per her as well as his choosing" with out even caring about her , how does that feel ok? it's like he had the fun part w/ out the work.
in closing, i always wonder, perhaps "project" my thoughts in this matter on other men i see w/ women w/ promisicuous pasts. i think stuff like, i wonder if they "know", or i somehow....yikes i am going to get killed on this one, but i somehow feel "bad" for them..like maybe they think they are special because she gave herself so fast, not knowing this had been the case w/ so many others.
it was with me. my woman and i started out as fbudies, and i was under the "presumption" she must have really been into me to do "this". then later i found out she had this kind of relationship many times over in her life.
i also wonder if these people w/ "pasts" this colorful have a lost sense of intimacy, or true atachment. my woman actually says kissing is more intimate than sex..but, well she did kiss every guy she had sex with, so waht is the point of that comment?

IMHO, its up to the individual how many people they sleep with...its if they have a problem with it, then they should stop it. I dont think there is really 'too many'...its only 'too many' when you decide you've reached that point and ought to calm down a bit.

If she had only been with one or two other men there would still be men out there who had viewed, touched, entered, and explored her. With that line of thinking I can't see why you aren't holding out for a virgin. Some people are VERY capable of separating sex from love. That does not mean she would HAVE to. I have had many FB's and a few close, serious relationships. It is very different. Unless you can get these thoughts out of your head this relationship is totally doomed and she doesn't deserve to get hurt just becasue you can't handle her honesty. Oh, and she is right, kissing is FAR more intimate than sex. | |
