Perhaps we should plan something for after the snow melts, maybe July? Snow might be gone by then. I'm in my late 40's, say that people had expressed interest if their age bracket was there. Personally I don't think the age thing is that big a deal for a get together like this, just helps to get the word out. | |

| COMEDY CLUB Get Together THIS SAT.!!!
Posted: 4/7/2008 1:46:48 PM | I am with a group that gets together pretty regularly and we'd love to make this group larger!!! We are going to a comedy club this Sat. night in Randolph. It's $15 pp. I've seen one of the comedians and he's hilarious!

I'd also love to create a group in the Central Mass area as well... :) Getting together with friends is so much more fun than and safer than one on one meets.

| New Hampshire/Massachusetts Get Together Interest?

I just moved to Manchester NH and would absolutely love a POF gathering. I don't have any friends yet and what better way than this. I'm very unfamiliar with the area and can get lost in a parking lot. I've seen here that there's definitely plenty of interest. Someone needs to take the lead and make this happen. Who knows, there could be a huge turn out. In that case, why not a gathering at Hampton or some such place. Everyone could bring their own lunch, coolers and chairs and mingle by the water. Space wouldn't be an issue. Those who had enough could pack up their stuff and be on their way. Those who are having a great time can linger and mingle by a campfire or make their way to one of the clubs on the peir. The weather is still a little cool right now, but I figure once all the details are worked out, it'd be a beautiful time to be outside. We could all pick one particular place to meet along the pier and take it from there. What do ya say? Anyone interested in making this happen?? | |

Just a suggestion--Mass is a fairly large state-will it be just in certain areas?

| New Hampshire/Massachusetts Get Together Interest?
Posted: 9/3/2008 2:59:07 PM | I posted an event called Octoberfest. It takes place the third weekend of October, and I'm holding one of the events (a party) at my house on Saturday evening from 6pm- 1am.
My house is in Seabrook, New Hampshire, right on the border with Massachussetts. From Route 1 (right at the top of the traffic circle) you go west onto Folly Mill Road, then turn left onto Charles Henry Way. Mine is the blue house at the end of the street.
You can get details for the rest of the Octoberfest event by going on to the facebook page: Octoberfest, Free State Project and RSVPing that you will be there. Just send me a message via pof or facebook. There are lots of events planned for that weekend, so don't get too hammered.
If you can't RSVP, just bring some of your favorite beer and/or snacks for everybody else. | |
