| Friggen Costco Posted: 9/28/2008 11:58:05 PM | Eat 'em with cheese Eat 'em salted. Eat them in slivers on your salad. (don't laugh 'till you've tried fruits and nuts on your salads. very good!) Core them, fill halfway with caramel, wrap in foil and toss them on low heat in the barbeque. Line them up on the fence, go to dollarama and get a cheap sticky dart bow and arrow set and have fun with it. Make Apple-o-lanterns in honor of halloween. Make apple men (like snowmen) and leave them on random people's windows looking in. Make sure you are wearing sneakers in case you have to vamoose fast. | |

Microwave Apple Crisp
4 large Granny Smith apples - peeled, cored and sliced 1/2 cup butter, melted 3/4 cup packed brown sugar 3/4 cup quick cooking oats 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon allspice DIRECTIONS Spread the apples evenly in an 8 inch square glass baking dish. A deep dish glass pie plate will also work. In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, oats, flour, cinnamon and allspice. Sprinkle this topping evenly over the apples. Cook on full power in the microwave for 10 to 12 minutes, until apples can easily be pierced with a knife. Enjoy! | |
